  • Research of technological ways of formation of the raised formoustoychivost of details of heat-shielding clothes

    Justification and results of pilot studies of influence of parameters of a matrix of fixing of the special soft polymeric edges forming the additional locally concentrated rigidity of external material of the warmed clothes of a special purpose is presented in article. Technical characteristics and standard restrictions for the textile material considered at the heart of the projected product taking into account the requirement of GOST and operational criteria are given. Data on modern ways of increase in resistance of an external cover of clothes to the deforming influences for the purpose of preservation of internal volume and, as a result, necessary thermal insulation of clothes are submitted. On the basis of established experimentally dependences of rigidity of the modified material on width and thickness of polymeric channels the way identification of extreme density of filling of polymers of the internal surface of integumentary material with it taking into account the requirement of hygienic and operational character is offered.

  • Rational use of land resources of the Republic of Crimea with the disposal of biological waste of livestock complex

    The methods of disposal of biological waste of livestock are considered. It is revealed that traditional methods of disposal biological waste contribute to the withdrawal from circulation of large areas of agricultural land and settlements lands. It is proved that in the implementation of technological solutions (construction of the recycling plant) areas of the cattle burial are reduced, which leads to a more rational use of land resources.

  • Energy-saving drying complex area of milk production on the basis of the heat pump system

    The article describes the conditions of use of heat pumps in the Russian industry. It proposed to introduce for the food industry, in particular for milk production, teplonanosnaya installation. Heat pump system allows to cover the heat load on the heating, ventilation and hot water supply of a specific milk production due to utilization of energy in the form of relief condensate produced in industrial drying processes. It is shown that the proposed plant will allow useful secondary steam and condensate will reduce fuel costs, simplify circuit heat consumption, reduce the cost of production of thermal energy, reduce operating costs for maintenance of heating systems, heat loss and reduce emissions into the environment.

    The article introduces a new advanced algorithm design foam suit, taking into account the expected exploitation of clothing in conditions of hydrostatic pressure, which determined the rationale for the introduction of common cycle design work additional modules problem-analytical content. In these modules for information on effective parameters of dry constructions (human heat loss and required for the thickness of the thermal protection areas), calculations shall be made in the numerical simulation of sphere that iterations mode algorithm design, allow theoretically test the line selected foam it required thermal protection.   • Increase of efficiency of a desulfurization of flue gases by limy milk on the basis of anolyte

    Results of researches of increase of efficiency of a desulfurization of domestic thermal power plants are reflected in article. Reduction of emissions of dioxide of sulfur due to use of the oversaturated water solutions at dissolution of not extinguished lime anolyte will allow to reduce emissions in the atmosphere on average to 1042,48 tons/year on one 300 MW power unit.

  • Interaction regularities of elements of production workers professional-qualifying staff forming system at transport-technological cars repair

    As a result of the conducted research, the structure of production workers professional-qualifying staff forming system at cars repair was identified. Interaction regularities of the system elements were determined. The obtained results allow creating an imitating model for production workers professional-qualifying staff optimization. That model lets disclose regularities of various factors’ influence on production workers professional-qualifying staff of maintenance and repair areas of transport enterprises. The imitating model was created as a computer software. The practical use of the obtained results helps decrease the expenses on staff training and loss caused by insufficient qualification of repair workers.

  • Evaluation of Preferences of Construction Products Consumers

    We propose an approach to the evaluation of consumer preferences in construction products. This evaluation will enable us to make strategic decisions – what kind of products and how much of them to produce, and at what price to sell them. To study the preferences of construction products consumers, we recommend to use a method based on the using matrix models. To identify the preferences of construction products consumers, they are given a matrix (a table) that includes the names of the product parameters, the parameters characteristics, their pricing coefficients and sampling rates. In the matrix, the consumers choose and underline one of the characteristics options for each parameter, taking into account the pricing coefficient. After collecting the processed matrices, the most preferable product parameters are determined. The proposed method was tested at conducting marketing researches among potential users of construction products - senior students of Rostov State University of Civil Engineering. The research results formed the basis for recommendations to construction companies dealing with individual housing construction (cottages).

  • Evaluation criteria of technologies for logging industries

    The technology of timber in the forest Fund has a significant value on the cost of production of round timber. Therefore, this task is urgent and most important for logging companies. It is important to pre-determine the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the technology of logging operations. It is, above all, efficiency, environment and safety work. In this article studies in some detail their implications for production, workers and the natural environment, which improves the validity of the decisions on the selection of variants of technical and technological organization of the timber industry.   • Correcting the life standard of the automobiles brake system elements, taking into account seasonal variations of operational rate and conditions

    One of the conditions of reducing the transport work cost is management of the automobile elements life on the basis of objective standards. In the conducted research, forming of the automobile elements life, according to seasonal variations of operational rate and conditions, is considered. A method of correcting coefficients determination was developed; it was based on estimated deterioration for each month, derived from the average deterioration rate of the friction linings and automobile running per month. Calculation of correction factors was carried out with the use of the imitating model. The obtained results allow modelling the braking system elements life, taking into account seasonal unevenness of requirement of them. Using that information, it is possible to correct spare parts requirement and, accordingly, to reduce cars downtime while waiting to be repaired, as well as volume of stocks.

  • Modeling the impact of repair staff vocational structure on automobiles technical maintenance efficiency

    On the basis of the conducted research, a theoretical and practical task of reducing repair costs was solved, by determining the regularities of performers qualification influence on repair works productivity and quality. Optimization of repair staff vocational structure involves the use of an imitating model to perform calculations for a specific enterprise. For practical use, a software product «Staff_Qualif_Level» was developed. With the use of that imitating model, the second kind regularities can be obtained: an impact of various factors on the vocational structure of repair staff, according to the minimum cost of cars and repair area downtime. The practical value of the research results consists in the development of the software and method of determination of the optimal repair staff vocational structure, the use of which provides for repair costs reduction.

  • Prospective specializations of economic development of the North-Eastern districts of Rostov region

    The North-Eastern zone of the Rostov region is typical of peripheral regions.   • Methodology of integrated assessment of the energy efficiency level of non-industrial objects.

    Federal Law 261-FZ dated November 23, 2009 introduces a list of organizations subject to mandatory energy audit including development of energy passports and energy efficiency programs. However, the fact of the audit (the presence of energy certificates and energy saving program) is not an indicator of energy efficiency of the organizations surveyed. Currently, the main criteria are the specific energy consumption per square meter of floor space, the presence of meters, the availability of energy service contracts (according to the order of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated October 24, 2011 #591). These criteria do not allow to assess comprehensively the efforts of the staff to improve energy efficiency of the object. The authors have developed methodology allowing to determine the level of energy efficiency of the object (building, group of buildings) based on objective and subjective factors. The proposed approach makes it possible to rank different objects according to their level of energy efficiency, it allows to develop investment programs aimed at energy efficiency improvement in more efficient manner. This method can be used to monitor the energy efficiency of facilities and to assess the quality of energy efficient measures implemented at these objects. Analysis of the indicators in certain areas can detect the most "weak" places for improvement.

    With the development of market relations and the increasing competition in the Russian work with the end consumer is becoming increasingly important for each market participant. Consumer behavior - a new field of knowledge that will help market participants to maintain and even increase the profitability of of their business at relatively low material costs. The fastest way to increase income of the company without investing significant resources, is to increase customer loyalty. For the numerical evaluation and opportunities to influence on customer loyalty is computed the customer loyalty index. To increase the effectiveness of measures taken to study and improve customer loyalty index developed a set of program measures on the basis of 1c Alfa Auto.
