Modeling the impact of repair staff vocational structure on automobiles technical maintenance efficiency

On the basis of the conducted research, a theoretical and practical task of reducing repair costs was solved, by determining the regularities of performers qualification influence on repair works productivity and quality. Optimization of repair staff vocational structure involves the use of an imitating model to perform calculations for a specific enterprise. For practical use, a software product «Staff_Qualif_Level» was developed. With the use of that imitating model, the second kind regularities can be obtained: an impact of various factors on the vocational structure of repair staff, according to the minimum cost of cars and repair area downtime. The practical value of the research results consists in the development of the software and method of determination of the optimal repair staff vocational structure, the use of which provides for repair costs reduction.
