  • The compelled axisymmetric fluctuations of a bimorph thin circular plate stepwise variable thickness and stiffness

      Is considered non-stationary axisymmetric problem for fine round bimorph plate under the action of the top end surface of the normal stresses, being an arbitrary function of radial coordi-nates and time. On the basis of the theory of Tymoshenko by the method of finite integral transformations built a a new solution for the electroelasticity system stepwise  variable thickness and stiffness. The obtained relations allow to investigate the stress-strain state and the potential difference between external electrodes bimorph elements.

  • Theoretical features of management of organizational conflict in modern management

    Article is devoted to aspects of management, aimed at investigating the nature of organizational conflict in order to identify the causes and possible management. Relevance of the topic emphasized by the fact that the study of conflict, its causes, and the methods and means of management emerged relatively recently and now, when the Russian economy is going through a stage of radical reform, this aspect of management is of interest for many researchers. Since the conflict in terms of joint activities of people are able to reduce labor productivity, it is necessary as soon as possible to anticipate. Particularly noteworthy are the management of organizational conflicts, as in the current economic development organization is a key participant in the economic relations and the conflicts that arise in this subject in need of early detection and effective management.

  • Construction of a model of equiresistant multispan beams

    Method of successive approximations was used to solve the problem of optimization of multispan continuous beam. Cross section of a beam was a welded I-beam.  By the variation of the width of the shelf we ensured that the maximum equivalent stress for energy theory of strength in each section is the same throughout. The solution is made numerically using complex MatLab. Bearing capacity of beams with variable stiffness along the length increased in 2 times in comparison with the beam with constant stiffness and the same mass. The proposed method can be applied to frames, taking into account the contribution of longitudinal forces in the equal stresses. Another effective way to change stiffness is to change the height of the wall of I-beam. In practice curvilinear shape of beams or shelves are not used because of complexity of manufacturing. They are replaced by the discrete form of cross section.

  • The application of multielement piezoelectric transducers for ultrasonic testing of high-speed railway tracks

    The article gets application multi-element piezoelectric transducers for ultrasonic high-speed flaw  detection on railway tracks. The processing algorithm of echo-signals from multi-element piezoelectric transducers was offered to get additional information about defect location to apply solution considering risk level more validly and to increase crack detection probability. The obtained algorithm was realized as software package. A set of experiments was completed for fourth-elements inclined piezoelectric transducer on a standard pattern for various positions to verify the processing algorithm. The experiment has shown that the echo-signals behavior allows to use the obtained algorithm for multi-element transducers at the high-speed flaw detection. Also it has emerged that the echo-signal shape at one element of piezoelectric transducer strongly depends on refracting prism geometry and relation position elements on prism.

  • Decomposition method in adaptive sonar systems design

    To study complex sonar systems, the method of decomposition was suggested. The peculiarities of the method applied to the sonar systems were considered. A four-level hierarchy of decomposition subsystems is proposed. A scheme of the first level of semantic decomposition was presented. Controlled modules allowed to build adaptive systems were described.

  • The conciliation in the context of the psychological human security

      Mediation as a modern legal option of the conflict’s resolving is a complex phenomenon in the system of the legal practice. Contemporary conflicts mostly arise in the circumstances when they face a qualitatively different understanding of law and order, maintenance of law and mechanism of its realization, which requires a search of the psychological mechanisms to ensure the human security. It is necessary in mediation procedures application process, which helps to make a mutually acceptable decision, to achieve a psychological orientation on the decision’s search for and preservation of normal relations in the future.

  • The theoretical model of the laser excitation of acoustic signals in a liquid medium with the presence of nano-sized objects

      Now nanotechnologies are one of perspective methods of diagnostics in medical practice. Nanoparticles can be used as contrast agents for medical ultrasonic introscopy due to their adhesion to tumor cells and bacteria. The mathematical model of the laser excitation of acoustic signals in a liquid medium with the presence of the nanotubes was developed and numerically studied. Increasing of the level of photo acoustic signal was shown.

  • Measuring phase-frequency characteristics of the reception aerial of the multibeam echo-sounder in hydroacoustic tank

      This paper discusses the problem of controlling the characteristics of sonar multibeam receiver antennas. Hydro acoustic means, such as side-scan sonar, profiler, sonar, multibeam sonar, are used extensively for remote determination of the parameters of media for environmental management. In the article the technique of controlling the phase-frequency characteristics of the receiving antennas multibeam echoes sounders. The study method allows the measurement of the phase-frequency characteristics of antennas in a hydro acoustic tank which size is less than length of a near field of the reception aerial.

    In this paper a form of expression in the matrix to determine the unknown ratios in double rows, appoksimiruyuschih displacement of a point of the middle surface of the shell, which is used in calculating the shell variation-energy method
