  • Conveyor technology of fibersfoam concrete with agregating fibers and reseach its properties

    One of the most important technological aims is to obtain a fiber concrete with uniform (aggregate) distribution of the fibers by volume of concrete, from which depend essentially on the constructive and performance attributes of fiber concrete. Authors proposed pipeline technology of preparation of fiber concrete with aggregate distribution of the fibers, also they studied changes in its structural characteristics, and developed estimated recommendations for the evaluation of its strength and deformability characteristics and strain diagrams in compression and tension

  • Being self-compacting concrete of the lowered density with application of a volcanic tufa

    Advantages of being self-сщьзсештп concrete of the lowered density (LSUB) before heavy and light concrete are shined, characteristics of components ЛСУБа and influence of their quantitative contents are provided in a mix on properties of the fresh and hardened concrete.   • Тhermointense condition of designs taking into account the jamming in the basis and the pliability of end faces

    The main maintenance of a  results of calculation of a thermointense condition of beams depending on various ways of an attachment to the basis - jammed in the basis, with absolutely hard sealing-off on end faces and absence of any communications at end faces is considered. The analysis shows, that the more age of "blocks-communications", the more they possess rigidity. It means, that they are less pliable, and sizes of pressure in the settlement block are close to pressure in the block with the jammed end faces.

  • An improvement of aerocrete production environmental safety

    The technological process of aerocrete production consists of many operations during which the considerable amount of dust enters the atmosphere. The results of the dispersion analysis show that the great bulk of the formed dust is made by fine particles to 20 microns. The cyclones used in building industry don't remove the dust effectively. To improve the aerocrete production environmental safety an installation of dust collectors on the oncoming swirl flows is requested.

    In the article are considered the results of the researches of noncorrodibility of the concrete received with the use of industrial wastes and mineral-chemical additives of various structures in various combinations.   • From gypsum-alumina expansive cement to expansive cement Type M. Changes in the expansion kinetics

    The composition, basic properties and application scope of the two main types of expanding binders historically most widespread in Russia such as gypsum-alumina expansive cement and expansive cement Type M are given. The expansion kinetics of the binders ranging from gypsum-alumina expansive cement to expansive cement Type M is observed. The role of lime as a supplement and as a hydration product of the Portland cement in the expansion process is shown: as a supplement in small values (2-4%) to gypsum-alumina expansive cement with higher gypsum concentration stabilizes the hardening and expansion process, in higher values boosts the expansion process to self-destruction. Optimization criteria of the expansion kinetics aimed at obtaining project expansion in 10 days of hardening without any additional chemical additives are proposed.

  • Electro-activation efficiency of foam concrete mixtures

    Analysis of the effectiveness of the electrophysical activation of foam concrete mixtures was completed. The raw materials and experimental technique are described. Results of estimation of the effectiveness and impact of alternating electric field on the foam concrete mixes was presented. As object of research was made the impact of factors such as the grading of the aggregate and the tension created by the electric field on the physico-mechanical properties of foam concrete made of electroactivated mixtures. Conclusions are made on the basis of the obtained experimental dependencies.

  • Optimization of factors affecting the efficiency of processing of foam concrete mixes by variable electric field.

    The optimization of the factors affecting the efficiency of Electro-activation of foam concrete mixes is carried out. For this purpose was applied mathematical planning experiment.   • Physico-chemical study of micro-and macrostructure hard concrete compression damping with the addition of ash microspheres

    The results of physico-chemical studies of micro-and macrostructure of fine-grained concrete hard pressing, used for making bread products for pavements . To improve the quality indicators ( bending moments ) in the fine-grained concrete mixtures were introduced damping additives such as ash microspheres - component slag mixtures . The essence is the replacement of the dense grain mixture with an equal volume of mineral supplements. Ash microspheres have a reduced strength and modulus . Of interest are preserved particles of hollow spheres of additive used , they are responsible for the effect of branching cracks. For experimental studies the author has developed a special method for determining the persistence of particles of ash microspheres after exposure compacting pressure. The quantitative ratio between the phases and composition of the mineral phase were determined by X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy.

  • Influence of specific pressure of pressing and firing temperature on frost resistance of the modified laboratory samples from atyukhtinsky clay raw materials

    Results of researches on joint influence of specific pressure of pressing and firing temperature on physico-mechanical properties of laboratory samples on the basis of atyukhtinsky clay raw materials is shown. For the purpose of increase of frost resistance of the burned samples into structure of masses entered a carbonat containing modifying additive in an amount of 5%. For a quantitative assessment of influence of the specified factors on the main indicators of the burned samples researches with application of mathematical planning of experiment and computer processing of results were conducted. Specific pressure of pressing varied within 20±5 MPa, firing temperature – 1000±50 0C. By results of experiment the regression equations are received. It is defined that at increase of value of both varied factors, frost resistance and durability of samples increase, and water absorption – decreases. It is shown that, operating even with two technology factors – the specific pressure of pressing and firing temperature – it is possible to change significantly properties of finished products, and, using the received equations, it is possible to predict future properties of products at a stage of their production.

  • Increase of power efficiency of protecting designs - a way of increase of efficiency of operation of buildings and constructions

    The role of technical inspection as source of definition of an actual state of protecting designs is considered. Not destroying methods of definition of durability and thermal properties of materials of external walls are resulted. The thermographic method of not destroying control is considered, the list of thermal characteristics which can be defined with its use is presented. Modern requirements to thermal characteristics of external walls are presented and the materials most often meeting in protecting designs are considered. It is considered as a possible variant of increase of thermal properties of protecting designs - the device of hinged ventilated facades. The scheme of carrying out of a damage control, a substantiation of economic efficiency of the device of hinged ventilated facades and other technical advantages concerning other ways of warming of facades is presented.
