Physico-chemical study of micro-and macrostructure hard concrete compression damping with the addition of ash microspheres
Incoming article date: 28.11.2013The results of physico-chemical studies of micro-and macrostructure of fine-grained concrete hard pressing, used for making bread products for pavements . To improve the quality indicators ( bending moments ) in the fine-grained concrete mixtures were introduced damping additives such as ash microspheres - component slag mixtures . The essence is the replacement of the dense grain mixture with an equal volume of mineral supplements. Ash microspheres have a reduced strength and modulus . Of interest are preserved particles of hollow spheres of additive used , they are responsible for the effect of branching cracks. For experimental studies the author has developed a special method for determining the persistence of particles of ash microspheres after exposure compacting pressure. The quantitative ratio between the phases and composition of the mineral phase were determined by X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy.
