One of the priorities of socio-economic development of the municipality is the effective work aimed at improving the efficiency of territorial resources’ using, quality development, reconstruction and modernization of the network of educational facilities on the basis of proportional and balanced development of all urban areas, ensuring that the needs of the population in the objects of education and equal access within city. Scientific novelty of the research is the development of information and analytical support for decision support system for deployment of educational facilities on the basis of a geo-information database and simulation model of long-term scheduling of educational institutions in the reconstruction of urban areas. It allows for the collection, analysis, storage and subsequent presentation of spatial information based on GIS technologies, CAD and database systems.

The experiment was carried out on thin-walled tubes, with rigidly clamped ends. Heating or cooling from initial temperature to a final temperature (the temperature relaxation time) was carried out at a constant rate of heating (cooling) in a linear fashion. This work shows that the linearized theory does not give correct results.

Domestic construction materials industry produces expansive binders providing the concrete self-stress up to2MPa. A hypothesis on the catalytic role of lime in the formation of the active ettringiteis introduced. On the base of the hypothesis a proposal of the self-stress kinetics optimization with sulfate-containing mineral supplements, neutralizing lime in the early stages of the cement stone structure formation is given.
