  • Simulation of the interaction wheel tire with the supporting base of the support-running module

This paper presents the results of a study of the interaction of the wheel tire with the support surface of the support-running module during the movement of the wheeled vehicle. The creation of a mathematical model of the movement of the wheel on the support base of the support-running module is given. For this, a design scheme for the movement of the wheel along the supporting surface of the support-running module was presented, and the following equations were given: the dynamics of the drive wheel; normal reaction and reaction vector of the interaction of the wheel tire with the support base; partial slip friction coefficient for cohesive soils and slip coefficient. Simulation modeling was carried out using the MATLAB Simulink environment, which allows, on the basis of a given mathematical model, to study the system being developed. When using this system, there is a reduction in the cost of expensive physical prototypes and an increase in the quality of products, as a result of an increase in the accuracy of calculations.

  • Development of an automated system of electric power saving of the Ice Palace using a thermal accumulator.

With the right approach, the heat generated by chillers in an indoor ice rink can be used to melt ice, a dehydration system, or to heat a concrete pad under a layer of ice. In this way, energy can be saved. For the purpose of accumulation and subsequent distribution of thermal energy in the building, a reservoir that accumulates heat can be used. Heat is removed from the chiller condenser by a water cooling circuit, which is connected to the coil of an indirect heating boiler (heat accumulator). The coil heats the water that circulates in the heating circuit. Since the load on the ice can change during the day, heat extraction will occur in different amounts. For efficient transfer of thermal energy from one heat exchanger to another, it is necessary to control the speed of rotation of the pump impeller so that the controlled function is maximum. If the speed is insufficient, then the heat exchange flow will receive less heat. On the contrary, if the drive drives antifreeze too quickly, then the coolant will not have time to heat up. A mathematical model of the system was compiled from a plant condenser and a boiler with heated water, a dependence on the speed of the coolant (antifreeze) and the temperature difference at the inlet and outlet of the accumulator was revealed.

However, there is also an intermediate approach. When the control is not fully automatic and automated. In such systems a human plays an important role, but the system, analyzing data from the environment, allows to form various kinds of recommendations. Moreover, such systems allow to work on the warning in some situations. In particular, some driver monitoring systems allow to detect the fact of smoking while driving, turning your eyes away from the road. In this article, special attention is paid to the system of analysis of the driver's eyes. First of all, the results of such analysis can be used to determine the fact of falling asleep. However, by analyzing, the frequency of blinks, it is possible to predict sleep. Nevertheless, computing power is needed to build such a system. In this work, the performance is achieved by using Haar cascades and the Viola-Jones method in eye detection. • Simulation of the polarization currents of ferroelectric ceramics, arising from the simultaneous application of an electric field and mechanical stresses

The operating conditions of polycrystalline dielectrics in external mechanical and electric fields make it relevant to study the properties of such materials and their resistance to extreme loads, which depends on the processes of polarization reversal and the dynamics of the domain structure. Based on the model of motion of domain walls and the rheological model, equations are obtained for the dependence of polarization on the applied mechanical, electrical, or simultaneous electromechanical load. It is shown that the nonlinearity of the current in the ferroelectric ceramic is due to the dependence of the coefficients of the model on the through conduction current and the current associated with the emission of charges from traps. The physical meaning of the coefficients makes it possible to use their well-known dependences on the electric field and external mechanical stresses both in the range of the linear piezoelectric effect and in the region of external loads, when linearity ceases to exist. The obtained coefficients make it possible to pass from polarization (macroscopic parameter) to domain walls (mesoscopic scale). The parameters of the model depend on the change in the domain structure and its interaction with defects; therefore, the current relaxation time in the ferroceramic is described by changing the corresponding times for 180°-domains and non-180°-domains. The model considers two polarization components: elastic and irreversible. Changes in polarization after the external action of the electric field can be explained by the movement of domain and interphase boundaries. When a critical mechanical load is applied, the domain boundaries are detached from the defects and the crack grows abruptly, and as a result, destruction occurs. The relaxation motion of domain walls with constant friction leads to the growth of cracks due to the creation of mechanical stresses. The chosen rheological model and approach, taking into account the mechanisms of motion of domain walls, will make it possible to describe the rate of polarization change using the behavior of defects (dislocations, domain walls). The model will allow from a unified point of view to describe the experimental patterns of the behavior of currents under electromechanical action.

  • Mathematical model of the absorption process in packed columns

The article considers the process of absorption with counterflow of phases with chaotic nozzles. Gas is supplied to the lower part of the column for separation, and liquid is supplied to the upper part of the column to irrigate the packing. In the packing layer, a film flow of the liquid phase occurs over the surface of the contact elements, and in the channels of complex geometry, the gas flow moves in countercurrent. Moreover, the film flow is usually laminar wave, and the movement of the gas phase is turbulent. Through the interfacial surface of the gas-liquid there is an exchange of momentum, mass and energy. Regular and irregular (chaotic) elements of various designs and sizes can be used as nozzles. The initial choice of packing design is carried out based on the ultimate loads that provide the film mode, and then refined based on the obtained efficiency of the process, which must meet the requirements of the technical specifications for the design or modernization of the apparatus. kind at the interface. However, such an approach is possible if the distribution of the interfacial surface area in space is fixed and known, for example, for film contacts of devices and some regular packings. Calculations of the process of air moistening with water were performed using the mass transfer equation (all resistance in the gas phase) in a column with a tubular packing with intensifiers. The efficiency of mass transfer obtained from the numerical solution is compared with experimental data, as well as calculations based on the ideal gas displacement model. It has been established that, taking into account the turbulence of the gas flow, the calculation of the efficiency is adequately consistent with the experiment, and the ideal displacement model slightly overestimates the values of the separation efficiency.
