This article explores the application of Fitwel's green certification standard to office buildings where employees spend most of their lives. The importance of the conditions of the office building in which its employees are located in terms of the impact on health and productivity was emphasized. The essence and advantages of using the Fitwel standard are demonstrated.

The article discusses the use of geographic information systems (GIS) when choosing a territory for the construction of social institutions. The article discusses the regulatory framework for the construction of houses for the disabled and the elderly. The main types of documents that are the main component of the regulatory framework are given. Excerpts and the main provisions of the current regulations on the presentation of requirements for sites, space-planning decisions, engineering equipment and adaptation of the environment for the elderly and disabled are considered. The compliance of the requirements with modern standards is analyzed.
