  • Investigation of the possibility of using different types of interferometers in an automated control system for Earth orientation devices

The article discusses the requirements for automated control systems in the production of Earth orientation devices. Various types of interferometers are analyzed for use in an automated control system for the manufacture of optical instruments for orientation of spacecraft on the Earth. An overview of the most common interferometer models is given, the characteristics and features of their schemes, development trends and manufacturers are discussed in detail. A comparison was made of the parameters of a number of imported and domestic interferometers suitable for use in an automated control system. The advantages and disadvantages of interferometers according to the schemes of Jamen, Mach-Zehnder, Sagnac, Michelson and Fizeau are considered. The Jamen interferometer was invented for the first time in 1856, to measure small refractive indices of gases. The Mach-Zehnder interferometer was developed on a similar principle, its main feature is that the beams of the rays obtained can be separated at a sufficiently large distance using a semitransparent mirror. In 1913, the Sagnac interferometer was invented; in its design, the light is divided by a semitransparent plate-divider into two beams, which propagate in a circle and are reduced by mirrors back to the divider. Albert Michelson in 1890 proposed an interferometer scheme, the basis of which is a light-splitting mirror. One of the most common is the Fizeau interferometer scheme, proposed in 1868. In this type of device, interference occurs in the gap between two reflecting surfaces. Based on the parameters of the problem under study, the choice in favor of the interferometer configuration according to the Fizeau scheme is justified. Interferometer OptoTL-60/125 from LLC "Optical laboratory" meets all the requirements.

  • Approaches to solving the problem of introducing the digital economy (including digital energy) in the Russian Federation

The paper discusses the technological barriers arising from the transition to a digital economy, in particular in the housing sector. The technological barrier consists generally of three components. The first component is that the development of IT technologies requires the initial accumulation of a large amount of data. Metering devices for this task are not suitable due to their functional tasks. The second component is the lack of interest on the part of end users. The third component is information security. One approach to solving the problem is to apply and implement the BigData concept.

  • Analytical software for resource consumption forecasting in the system of integrated accounting, registration and analysis of energy resources and water consumption by industrial enterprises and objects of housing and communal services

The submitted paper considers the issues of developing the analytical software which is the part of the hardware-software complex for energy accountability, reporting and analysis, and consumption. The main function of the analytical software is to predict the consumption of energy resources and emergency conditions, as well as non-routine events. To create analytical software, the use of contextually-predefined machine languages is suggested. The issues considered include the implementation of such languages for intelligent agents (IA), which are used to solve problems of resource consumption forecasting in the housing and communal services sector. Particular attention is paid to the methods for supporting the change in implementing functions. The same approach can be used to solve other problems. An intelligent agent features a complex behavior that changes as it interacts with the external environment and is determined by internal states. When creating intelligent agents, there are fundamental problems: - search and formation of algorithms for the training of an intelligent agent, - change and implementation of these algorithms within the agent itself. The work specially dwells on the second problem. The approach is that contextually-predefined languages and implementing systems are used as form-building (morphogenetic) ones. The productive element is the main part of the learning intelligent agent. There are six components of the productive element. They are considered within the context of contextually-predefined languages application. The basic idea is to isolate the parts of the component's algorithm and to arrange an appropriate connection between the particular part and the context that can change it directly or indirectly. As a result, the necessary adaptive change of algorithms is obtained on the basis of accumulated knowledge. One of the most urgent tasks is the form this process during the operation of the IA.

  • The analysis of tools for verification of medical equipment

When creating and using of medical systems and devices for various applications, considerable importance is periodic verification and testing of such systems and devices. In addition to checks are also conducted medical and technical tests in setting on the production and commissioning. This article discusses an approach to the construction of optimal calibration systems and devices for testing of medical devices that are used to create and maintain modern medical technology. The most popular and accessible systems from companies such as General Electric Medical Systems IT, Natiоnal Instruments, DIATEST considered in this article. The estimation of the effectiveness of these devices in various stages of development and testing of medical devices. The paper discusses examples of the construction with the use of modern laboratory information environment LabVIEW. The present approach permits to select a sufficiently effective suite for verification and testing of medical devices in the company and for the training of students. Based on the findings made in the article, you can choose the most appropriate complex for initial verification of medical equipment and for periodic calibration.

  • An approach to the construction of a model of the distal vessels suitable for the evaluation of blood pressure

This article describes an approach to create a model based on neural network for use in photoplethysmography. Using this model the development of a method for measuring blood pressure in the distal vessels. Such an approach allows for comfortable removal of diagnostic parameters for the need for long-term testing. These methods can be used to analyze the state of the human operator, and in particular, the driver at pre-shift control for skrinningovyh surveys.
