  • Dependence of the concentration of fine dust on the curb of the carriageway on the influence of external factors

    The article considers the concentration dependence of dust particles PM2.5 and PM10 on a curb stone on a number of influencing parameters. According to the data of field measurements, a quadratic regression equation was compiled, according to which the factors that have the greatest influence on the spread of fine dust near the roadway were determined. The results of mathematical processing of experimental data are presented in the form of a graph of the confidence area of the observed and predicted values constructed using the STATISTICA software product.

  • Nanocomposite organic-hybrid materials

    In this article is reviewed the nature of organic hybrid nanocomposites. Promising directions in the field of organic hybrid nanocomposite materials will be methods for the synthesis of multicomponent materials, as well as the type of "net net" and "host-guest". The fundamental problem with the chemistry and physics of nanocomposites is dependent "structure-property". Solving this problem will move from research materials to their purposeful design.

  • Cognitive and behavioural components of the relations to the political order of students of DGTU (according to 2013)

    The article examines the cognitive and behavioral components of group attitudes toward political order of students of DGTU.  Pilot study took place in 2013 and was carried out using questionnaires, which was attended by 52 people. The analysis represents a hierarchical clustering on the basis of consecutive factorization. It is received, group level of a relative deprivation – 0,46. In assessing deprivation group decomposed into two subgroups, with average values in each - 0.3 and 0.6. Perceptions of political order at the cognitive level:  -0,174 for local government and-0,139 for Russia. In perception of local government the group broke into two subgroups: -0,3 and 0,2. Behavioral component perception of political order defined by two subfactor: active behavioral level - 0.39, and the estimated level of oppositional behavior - 0.57.

  • Механизмы идентификации точек контакта с клиентом как инструмент повышения степени удовлетворенности качеством предоставляемой услуги

    В данной статье приводятся примеры стандартных и не стандартных точек контакта с потенциальными клиентами, описаны механизмы их выявления, а также приведены примеры из практического опыта работы авторов по данной теме. Дано определение понятию «клиентоориентированнсть» с точки зрения клиента, и предложены варианты, где применима данная стратегия. Поднят вопрос о качестве обслуживания и что стоит за этим пониманием для клиента, чего он ждет от сферы услуг и на что рассчитывает. В статье рассмотрены этапы анализа точек контакта, приведены примеры влияния этих точек на формирование лояльного отношения клиента к качеству услуг.

  • Features of development of the residential real estate market as the basis of national wealth of Russia

    The paper discusses the peculiarities of the development of the housing market as the basis of national wealth.  Тhe main problems and contradictions of the residential real estate market are disclosed , taking into account the impact of the global financial crisis. Main subjects of the housing market are identifed and the special attention is paid to the role of the state as a regulator of economic relations in the field of housing.Main objectives of the state policy in the housing market are: to ensure the financial sustainability of the institutions;protection of the population and development of market infrastructure. For the effective functioning of the market of residential property in the Russian Federation it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of its formation and development, as well as to improve mechanisms for coordination of economic interests of its subjects.
