  • Study of the radial distribution of the current density in the anode spot of the plasma arc

    The article provides an overview of the sources with the results of the study of arc welding processes, justifies the relevance of studies of the radial distribution of current density in the anode spot of the plasma arc. The results of the study of the radial distribution of the current density across the active spot on the plane water-cooled probes, which are one of the arc electrodes, and the results of studies of the conversion of the plane probe data into the radial distribution of an axially symmetric function are presented. The radial current density distribution functions and the current density distribution characteristics are experimentally obtained.

  • Features of the melting of the filler and base metal during plasma welding in the aspect of creating automatic control systems

    The article substantiates the relevance of research for solving problems of designing automatic control systems for welding processes. The purpose of the experiments was determined to obtain empirical dependencies of welding parameters, which could be used to identify the parameters of the transfer function of the automatic control system. A brief review of similar scientific papers. The description of the shunting mechanism is given, its influence on the efficiency of the welding process is studied. A number of empirical dependences of changes in the parameters of plasma welding on the conditions of use of the filler wire were obtained.

  • Problems of diagnostics of complex oil gas chemical complexes

    The intensification of petrochemical production imposes serious requirements on the operation of all automated production systems. The increase in the degree of automation leads to an increase in the level of aberration of the automated process control system and the entire production as a whole. The use of poorly populated technologies, minimizing the presence and participation of maintenance personnel in the operation of facilities, is achievable only with the use of monitoring and diagnostic systems for the technical condition of equipment and automation equipment.

  • The task of preventing malfunction of the technological object of the petrochemical complex based on the analysis of statistical sampling

The stages of a statistical survey of a technological object are shown. Using the example of studying the mechanical part of a gas pumping unit, the advantage of using statistical methods is shown.

  • Determining the periodicity of vehicle maintenance

    The paper discusses methods for determining the frequency of maintenance (MOT). The proposed method allows to simulate the technical condition of the vehicle under various conditions and modes of its movement, taking into account the random nature of the changes of various factors. The proposed method takes into account the probability of failure for a given range of the vehicle (TC), as a generalized description of the technical condition of the car, indirectly affect most of its domestic individual characteristics and external destabilizing factors. The novelty of the method lies in the fact that takes into account not only the standard run, and an optimum set of operations in a particular embodiment, service and repair. To allow for individual TC correction coefficients of standards periodicity TO calculated using fuzzy logic.

  • System of voltage control oscillator based on fuzzy logic

    The paper type is selected the generator, provided base rules of fuzzy control algorithm using Mamdani using a package Fuzzy Logic Toolbox Matlab, simulation results obtained with the system controller and without it in the package Simulink Matlab, as well as conclusions on the results of the system voltage control oscillator the basis of fuzzy logic.
