  • Software of reliability technology process of centrifugal rotary finishing-hardening treatment

    In article reviewed advanced theoretical probability models of process quality formation quality of the surface layer in a centrifugal rotary process (CSO) details. Process CSO reviewed from the point of view reliability. Based on the results of theoretical studies were proposed the dependence of the influence of the main technological parameters centrifugal rotary finishing and strengthening treatment on the roughness of the processed surface, the depth of the hardened layer and the degree of hardening. Analysis of the technology processes CSO let to identify the factors exerting a dominant influence on the productivity and quality of processing. Conducted calculations of the influence the tolerances of the main quality parameters of the surface layer and technology modes centrifugal rotary processing of centrifugal rotary treatment on the magnitude of the coefficients offset instantaneous dispersion and stock accuracy which characterize the reliability of technological processes centrifugal rotary process. By results of calculations were constructed charts. Taking the presented methodology you can choose such a combination in choosing technological processes centrifugal rotary processing what will ensure the required quality of the workpiece.

  • Analysis of variance of dust emissions from aspiration systems cement manufacture with using improved experimental setup

    There presented paper presents the survey of industrial systems of aspiration and the results of analysis of variance of cement dust released from the equipment in this article. It was described the main technological processes, devices and related major sources of emissions and discharges of pollutants into the atmosphere in the cement factories in this paper. It was proposed a common generalized approach to determine the actual effective or hydraulic sized dust particles using by new experimental set up equipment to get high accuracy. It could be done using the results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) for sand’s dust and etc. bulk building construction materials. The development of new experimental set up equipment was ensured to decrease some negative influence of the old one. It was made a comparison changing cumulative distribution of the equivalent size of dust particles within aspiration schemes. I was fulfilled the comparison changing cumulative distribution of the equivalent size of dust particles after wet cleaners and inertial separation’s device (VZP) decreasing dust systems of aspiration schemes emissions exhausted in the atmosphere in the production of cement. The paper presents the ways to define cumulative distribution function depending of the equivalent size of dust particles of statistical processing the results of the analysis of variance by polynomial regression.

    In the an authors offer methodology to the evaluation of the internal environment of an industrial enterprise of the use of competenc - based approach for an effective management by an enterprise (professional appraisal of personnel, exposure and professionalcompetenses assisting favourable development in the conditions of uneven development of business-environment, exposure of strengths and weaknesses, possibilities and threats. It offers to apply five optimal evaluatian blocks for the proffessional appraisal of top-managers, criteria that will allow to estimate employees and degree of their contribution to activity of enterprise, because a key role in forming climate belongs to the personnel.

    This article provides the background necessary to use the basic principles of scientific organization of labor as one of the main factors of internal efficiency improvement of production activities of the enterprises.   • Modernization of education and the problem of preserving the national educational tradition

    In this article the author examines the very interesting topic - the problem of the integration of traditional and innovative practices in the Russian educational process. The author stresses the need to preserve national educational tradition in the modernization of the Russian education system and the transition to the innovative methods of the organization of the educational process. Identifies the main principles of traditional Russian education and the importance of their conservation is updated in the process of educational reform. The author concludes that the need for modernization of Russian education through the integration of traditional and innovative practices through the preservation of the principles of fundamental knowledge, educational and humanistic orientation of Russian education.

  • The main defects of case details of cars and ways of their elimination applied in car repair production

    Production of case details – the difficult technological process demanding providing with the expensive specialized equipment, high-precision gages and defining a product level of quality. In this regard, the nomenclature of new qualitative case details in the market is very limited. In designs of cars case details are present practically at any knot or the unit. For example, the case of a transmission, transfer case (at its existence) the block of DVS cylinders, cases of the main thing and wheel reducers, cases of hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, cases of distributing devices, brake cylinders and so on. In article the concept of a case detail is considered, influence of quality of production and technical condition of case details on providing a resource of cars is revealed. Main types of influences which influence case details in use of cars are listed. Classification of the main defects of case details of cars is given, and the most perspective ways of their elimination in car repair production are considered. The listed ways found rather broad application in car repair production, but with growth of scientifically technical progress, emergence of new materials and technologies need improvement and modernization. Improvement has to be directed on increase of ecological safety, material and resource economy, reliability of technological processes and quality of the received result.

  • Modern gravitational a continuous production apparatus for mixing bulk materials

    In this article shows the known constructions of gravitational continuous devices for mixing of bulk materials and the conditional classification of these devices. There is the problem of obtaining mixtures in cases when the volume-weighted amount of one component of the mixture is significantly greater than the second (with the ratio of their mass fractions of 1:10, and more). Typically, in the production for mixtures with a ratio 1:10 are used mixers centrifugal type, which operate in a periodic mode. The problem could be successfully solved using gravitational devices that operate in a continuous mode. The classification represented according to the design of mixers. The levels conventional classification for these mixers: (a) used or no additional mixing elements ; (b) the nature of their physical - mechanical properties.

  • A study of the options adaptive analysis of solutions to optimization problems on the basis of logics Reichenbach and Lukasiewicz

    One of the components of the optimization problem is a set of constraints describing the basic requirements for solutions. So as to find a solution that fully satisfies all the wishes of the experts, it is not always possible, the search area extends through analysis of semi-feasible solutions. The adjustment of the system constraints may contribute to changes in the structure and appropriateness of the decisions. The paper shows the ways to form a generalized membership functions of vague constraints of optimization problems based on the logics of Reichenbach and Lukasiewicz. It is known that for the same design procedures in some cases it is necessary to obtain accurate solutions, while others just get approximate solutions. Therefore, we analyzed the features of membership functions obtained using these logics. It is shown that by implication deny rules to allow logic-based Reichenbach membership function takes values equal to one if the value of the function allow rule is one, or if the value of the function deny rule is zero. By implication deny rules in allowing based on Lukasiewicz logic membership function takes values equal to one if the value of the function allow rule is greater than the value of the function deny rules. Therefore, it can be argued that when designing systems with increased reliability (precision) is more expedient to use the function implications for Reichenbach deny rules in a permissive compared with the same implication by Lukasiewicz. The implication deny rules to allow for the Lukasiewicz appropriate to use when designing subsystems that perform secondary functions that are not systemically forming, etc.

  • Developing french for specific purposes self-study support materials

    The purpose of the research was to develop and implement self-study support materials to facilitate the French for Specific Purposes (FSP) curriculum implementation in mixed-speciality groups of engineering students. The context in which the course emerges and characteristics of mixed-speciality groups of engineering students are given in the paper.The authors hypothesized that such self-study support materials should be developed on the basis of active, student-centered learning and promote 21st century skills. Project-based learning was suggested as the main teaching method. Examples of students’ projects are given and the project stages are described. A blank report form was developed as a mean of project support.

  • Forecasting model of the dynamics of reproduction ratios at the regional level: a cognitive approach

    Based on the identification of structural and functional characteristics of the performance and productivity of work, taking into account the balanced development of the region reproduction proportions, constructed cognitive map interaction of regional reproduction proportions with the external environment. In the research was carried out expert assessment of the direction of influence factors in the cognitive model predicting the dynamics of reproduction proportions of the region, on the basis of what has been built cognitive simulation model for predicting the dynamics of reproduction proportions region. This model can be used in determining the degree of influence estimation performance and efficiency of work on the system regional reproduction.

  • Intensification of the drying process of liquid distillery stillage in the apparatus with a fluidized bed of inert patticles

    The article presents a description of the possible approaches for the process of intensification of liquid distillery stillage drying in the apparatus with a fluidized bed of inert particles contains a description of some inhomogeneities arising in the study of the drying process in a fluidized bed. Presented the possibility of intensification of the drying process due to the specific interaction of flow of the drying agent and particles of inert.
