  • Properties of fine-grained concrete with inert mineral additive and superplasticizer

The importance of inert mineral additives for the development of modern concrete technology is considered. The results of a study of the influence of the dosage of limestone powder on the consistency and strength of fine-grained concrete with different ratios of its components are presented. It was established that in concretes with a high content of superplasticizer, the proportion of mineral additives in mixed cement is the main technological factor in controlling the strength characteristics of concrete.

Keywords: fine-grained concrete, mineral powder, inert mineral additive, superplasticizer, mix consistency, strength, strength control

  • Principles of architectural designing industrial enterprises in modern economic conditions

The article compares the principles of architectural designing industrial enterprises, which were fixed in the 70s - 80s of the twentieth century, and modern ones associated with changes in socio–economic relations in the XXI century. The specifics of the approach to the architectural design of large and small enterprises are described. Special attention is paid to the influence of economic factors on the industrial architecture of small enterprises, the importance of the time factor. The most acute problems that arise today in the architectural design of small enterprises are identified, and ways to solve them are proposed. A new functional element of the general plan of an industrial enterprise is described - the "development zone".

Keywords: Iidustrial architecture, principles of architectural design, functional zoning, "flexible" planning solutions

  • "Prediction of physical properties of multicomponent composite materials with polymer matrix and multimodulus nonlinear elastic matrix"

An engineering technique for predicting the main physical characteristics of multicomponent composite materials with a polypropylene matrix is described. The technique is based on the calculated dependences obtained for a binary composite. Calculation formulas for determining the modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio of an artificial material are given. An algorithm for applying the proposed formulas is described, which consists in successively obtaining the desired characteristics, each time considering a two-component composite and taking as the initial material a composition of a polymer matrix and one of the fillers. A specific example shows that the order in which fillers are taken into account does not affect the final result. The proposed technique can significantly reduce the design time for new materials and will make it possible to reduce the number of real experiments. The difference between the theoretical results and the data of physical experiments does not exceed 10–15%.

Keywords: composites, matrix, filler, polypropylene, wood flour, chalk, modulus of elasticity, Poisson's ratio

  • Organization of dispatch service from the point of improving the quality of constructing main pipelines

The article considers the problem of information support of constructing, namely, organization of dispatch service within constructing main pipelines. This aspect of organization of construction was chosen as an object of research due to the problem of increasing efficiency in the process of quality control of the construction of main pipelines. The article describes such dispatching problems as minimal distribution of software for construction control, coordination of dispatcher functions within the framework of one department, as well as clearly defined responsibility of builders for the poor quality of information provided. The author proposes to introduce delegation of authority of the dispatching service to all departments of the enterprise within their competence. In the future, this should provide a quick response to the negative consequences that develop during the construction period in all aspects, including quality control.

Keywords: dispatching service; main gas pipeline; information flows, executive documentation; delegation; automation; building information modeling

  • Determination of pressure losses due to friction in steel and brick gas ducts from gas-fired boilers

The problem of removal of combustion products during the reconstruction of existing boiler houses is considered. The issue of determining pressure losses due to friction in steel and brick gas ducts when performing an aerodynamic calculation of gas ducts from gas-fired boilers is considered. Nomograms have been developed that make it possible to determine the specific pressure loss depending on the volume of flue gases and the diameter of the gas ducts.

Keywords: reconstruction, boiler units, aerodynamic calculation, friction pressure losses, gas ducts

  • Problems and Prospects for the Development of International Transport Corridors in the Space of the Countries of the Eurasian Economic Union

International transport corridors in the space of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in their structure combine various types of transport routes, transport infrastructure facilities, vehicles, and transport authorities. The decisive factor in the development of international transport corridors on the territory of the EAEU is the spatial localization of the integration group. The location of the EAEU countries near the two main economic centers - China and the European Union, makes it possible to transit cargo through the territory of most EAEU states. At the same time, the transport complex of the EAEU faces a number of challenges that need to be transformed through promising projects, tools and tools for joint management.

  • Algorithms for the choice of the method and means of transportation by the urban population

The article discusses the algorithms of the population's choice of the method and means of transportation around the city. The article presents three algorithms: the general algorithm, the algorithm for regular movements and the algorithm for urgent movements. The logic used in the developed algorithms is based on the materials of a survey of 1504 respondents in Tyumen in 2021. The algorithms take into account aspects that are associated with the risk of COVID-19 infection in urban transport. These algorithms can be used in research works to simulate the process of movement of city residents.

  • The use of biogas at a wine-making enterprise in the Republic of Crimea

This article discusses the advantages and perspective for the use of biogas in the conditions of the Republic of Crimea. The ecological and economic aspects of the use of biogas technologies at winemaking enterprises are touched upon. Describes the methods of using biogas at the winery "Massandra" in the Republic of Crimea. The calculation of the use of natural gas in the boiler house of a winery is made.
