  • Analysis of the dependence of the quality of the connection by means of manual and automatic welding of aluminum alloy AD33

The use of laser radiation for welding aluminum alloy AD33 can improve the quality of welded joints and process performance. At the same time, most of the welded structures in production are performed using automatic laser welding installations, which allow ensuring the necessary quality of welded joints, including due to the constancy of the technological process modes. However, there are a number of industries where manual laser welding installations are indispensable and in high demand. At the same time, a distinctive feature of the manual laser welding process is the problem of ensuring the constancy of the duration of exposure to laser radiation on the surface of the workpiece when the speed of the laser beam changes. The paper presents the results of a comparative study of the dependence of the quality of the AD33 aluminum alloy welded joint on the change in the speed of the laser beam for manual and automatic laser welding conditions.

  • Study of the problem of determining the exact indicator of the physical deterioration of a building

Physical wear and tear can be determined either by studying with the help of instruments, or relying on regulatory and expert methods. The first helps to obtain reliable indicators of physical wear, but to obtain it requires less materials. Normative and expert methods - the second make it possible to identify the degree of wear with less accuracy, but it requires a small investment of materials and time. Two similar methods include the "Methodology for determining the physical deterioration of civilian buildings", which was created by MINKOMHOZ of the RSFSR, as well as Departmental building codes 53-86 (r) "Rules for assessing the physical deterioration of residential buildings." The problem of lack of information in the absence of the possibility of personal inspection of the evaluated structure, and, in addition, the obsolescence of the methods makes it difficult to use them. In this case, it is logical to use calculation methods.

  • Concept of development of transport infrastructure of the city of Rostov-on-Don within the framework of implementation of the renovation project of the old airport territory

Rostov-on-Don is one of the largest cities in Russia, it is planned to renovate the territory of the old airport, which in turn can stimulate an increase in the load on the city's transport system. In this regard, the issue of proportional development of the city's transport infrastructure is becoming especially relevant. The solution to the problem can be the modernization of the current and the creation of a conceptually new transport and logistics structure aimed at using passenger transport. This issue is considered within the framework of the concept of sustainable development of the city.

  • Comprehensive method for determining the crack resistance of concrete

The results of scientific and experimental research on determining the width of the crack opening in concrete under the influence of mechanical load are presented. In the process of scientific research, a simultaneous complex measurement by tensometric and acoustic methods of the load of deformation, the width of the crack opening, the total count of acoustic emission was carried out to obtain complete diagrams of concrete deformation. As a result of the experiments, regression equations were obtained and the correlation dependence between the crack opening width and the total acoustic emission count was established.

  • Features of the deformation analysis of three-layer reinforced concrete slab structures

The article presents proposals for the calculation of three-layer reinforced concrete slab structures, the outer layers of which are made of heavy concrete, the middle layer is made of lightweight expanded clay concrete. Experimental elements were calculated according to the compiled program of iterative calculation, which takes into account the concrete deformation diagram in an explicit form. The calculation program reflects a technique that allows you to determine the actual distribution of deformations in sections with a crack and in the areas between them. The results of the calculation of the prototypes indicate a close convergence of the theoretical values of the breaking moments, deflections, deformations of the extreme fibers, and cracking forces with those directly recorded in experimental studies.

  • The problem of determining the cost of design and survey work in the oil and gas sector and possible solutions

In the modern world, the issue of the ratio of the quality of construction technologies at oil production facilities and prices for various types of services associated with this activity is very relevant in the oil and gas sector. In this sector, there is constant competition between companies in search of the most efficient, cost-effective and innovative project. Design and survey work is a very important part of any project. Determining the cost of design and survey work is an important stage in the organization of the construction process. The contracting of design organizations takes place in a market economy, taking into account the expected quality of work, and also represents a labor-intensive process that cannot be implemented without the development of internal concepts among companies.
