  • A way to increase the bearing capacity of columns during the reconstruction of buildings

The article presents a way to increase the load-bearing capacity of a reinforced concrete column due to metal clips from the corners with an increase in the load on it. To ensure the joint operation of the existing column and the metal cage, the corners are subjected to prestressing, which is achieved by compressing the corners with jacks.

  • Features of modeling hydrothermal processes of grain processing in vacuum conditions

The given review of hygrothermal processes in the processing of grain crops, their features is presented from the standpoint of nanotechnology. It is shown that for the developed nanotechnologies in the production of agricultural products, it is necessary to apply non-traditional methods of process research, which is the method of similarity of the functioning of technical systems (SFTS). This method will allow for the processes of humidification, drying, wet-heat treatment in vacuum conditions to obtain generalized similarity criteria, determine their numerical values and obtain generalized criterion dependences of the intensity of the processes under consideration on the processing parameters. The implementation of the method will allow us to quantitatively describe the processes of hygrothermal grain processing in vacuum conditions, assign processing parameters and manage them. Mathematical models of hygrothermal processes have been developed based on the method of similarity of the functioning of technical systems depending on the parameters of the medium and the structure of capillary-porous grain shells.

  • Acoustic method monitoring electrochemical processes

The article describes the research of thermodurability of glass-carbon - one of the most promising carbon materials used in the production of luminophors and semiconductor materials, optical single crystals, etc. The aim of this work was to study the behavior glass-carbon in the course of thermo-cyclic testing. As a method of diagnostics of the birth and development of micro-cracks was used by the reception of signals of acoustic emission. It is shown that at heating in the samples glass-carbon there was a strong movement of dislocations in thermocyclic effects ,recognized in the signals of acoustic emission. As the number of pulses when heated above, than during the cooling of the sample, it is evidence of the accumulation of damages in the structure of the cyclic thermal processing glass-carbon samples. It is established, that the curves of the accumulation of defects at the pulses of acoustic emission, differ on the stage of heating and cooling. Proposed to use the curve of the aggregate accounts of acoustic emission pulses as a possible harbinger of destruction when heated glass-carbon of the product.

Keywords: acoustic emission, electrodeposition, the activity of the AE, the remote control.
