The article provides an overview of the characteristic defects that occur during winter concreting as a result of violations of the technology of concrete work. The relevance of this topic is justified by the large-scale increase in the volume of construction of monolithic buildings for various purposes: residential, public, as well as various types of structures made of monolithic reinforced concrete. A feature of the review of these defects is in this case their main causes, which are associated with violations of concreting technology due to the need in some cases to accelerate production work. The defects presented in this article were identified based on the analysis of accounting documentation when performing visual surveys in the process of scientific and technical support for the construction of buildings of increased responsibility. The violations described in the article were observed at various monolithic construction sites within modern megacities. The article describes the main causes of these defects. The ways of eliminating these defects based on engineering practice are proposed.

This article is devoted to some features of the performance of engineering and technical inspection of chimneys made of brickwork. The relevance of this research topic is due to the presence in our country of a large number of functioning chimneys made of brickwork, whose age exceeds 50 years, while a clear algorithm for performing surveys, taking into account all possible types of defects and features of performing verification calculations of these structures has not yet been developed. The author of the article substantiates the relevance of this research topic, presents the types of defects characteristic of brick chimneys, and also briefly describes the features of performing verification calculations of these structures when performing their engineering and technical surveys.

This article is devoted to the problem of heterogeneity of brickwork materials, in particular bricks, in buildings of cultural heritage and identified historical significance, the main building structures of which are made of brickwork. The relevance of this research topic is due to the increased interest in recent years in a detailed study of the behavior of the work and the physical and mechanical properties of structural materials of buildings and structures related to cultural heritage sites, historical and architectural monuments. The author provides an overview of the literature sources related to the pre-revolutionary period and modern publications that reveal the understanding of the use of heterogeneous materials in the brickwork of building structures. The article analyzes the reasons for the use of materials with different physical and mechanical characteristics in the brickwork of preserved historical buildings, the age of which exceeds 100 years or more.

This article is devoted to the problems associated with the development, control and execution of one of the most important sections of the project documentation, namely, the project of work production. The authors reveal the problem of non-consistency of the data available in the regulatory documentation regulating the provisions for the development and control of the project of work production. The article presents a brief chronology for the last period on the state of the regulatory framework, methodological guidelines and current regulations for the development of sections of the project of work production. The authors of the article show the features of individual regulatory documents, and their relationship in terms of the development and control of the project of work. The materials contained in the article will help to provide a better understanding of construction participants, designers, construction control specialists and performers of work on the construction site of the purpose and role of the sections of the work production project.

The article presents the relevance, main principles, goals and results of the risk-based approach in the activities of the state construction control units on the example of the experience of the Main Department of State Construction Supervision in the Moscow region. The authors describe the methods, methods and modern technologies used by the Main Department of State Construction Supervision in the Moscow Region to implement the goals and objectives that allow improving the quality of control and supervision activities, taking into account the use of a risk-based approach.

In this article, the authors present the prospects and methods of countering illegal construction on the example of the work of one of the departments of state control and supervisory activities. Shows the statistics on the number of detected violations in the field of control and supervision activities for the period 2018-2019 in the number of detected illegal buildings and the prospects of mitigating these offences on the example of one of the divisions of the state construction supervision. The list of measures for the elimination of illegal buildings, as well as the list of grounds for these inspections, is presented. In the article, the authors present conclusions on the results of the activities of the State Construction Supervision division, taking into account the changes made to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

This article discusses the problems of high-quality performance of repair and restoration work of damaged building structures. The author suggests using one of the most promising methods of non – destructive testing in the control and rejection of restoration bricks-the ultrasonic pulse method based on the use of converters with exponential waveguides. The results of studies using this method of old and new bricks offered by the manufacturer as a replacement for the old one in the restored structure are presented. The article describes an algorithm for testing these two types of bricks to justify the applicability of ultrasonic sensors of transducers with exponential waveguides. The article draws conclusions about the prospects of using ultrasonic transducers with exponential waveguides in the quality control of restoration stone materials based on sufficient accuracy, speed of research, as well as their final cost.
