  • Comparative analysis of the use of a neural network in the problem of identification properties of materials

The article is devoted to the use of artificial intelligence tools to solve technical problems in the construction industry. It is noted that the use of neural networks will allow taking into account the behavior of materials in various experimental conditions. The authors present a comparative analysis of approaches to neural network training, in particular, the structures of multilayer and LSTM networks are considered. It is established that LSTM networks are more effective in solving problems of identification properties of materials.

  • Features of neural network modeling the inverse problem

This paper investigates the possibility of applying neural networks to problems of reverse calculation of multi-layered road structure. The paper considers networks with different architecture. To improve the conditions of convergence are applied the back-propagation procedure with automatic selection step, different types of activation functions with varying parameters.

  • The impact of point source on an anisotropic poroelastic plane

The dynamic problem  of an anisotropic poroelastic plane under an influence of point source in the steady-state oscillation mode is studied. An analytical solution of the problem as a single integrals over a finite interval is given. Numerical experiments on the construction of solutions are made and the results are compared with the known classical solutions.

  • The vibrations of multilayered half plane with relatively much sunken cavity of arbitrary shape

The solution of vibration problem for multilayered half plane with cavity of arbitrary shape is constructed using boundary element method. For the case of relatively much sunken cavity an asymptotic representations for fundamental solutions is used. The results of problem simulation for displacement and stress fields close to cavity surface are given using boundary element method

  • About some method for constructing of solutions in the dynamic problems for multilayered poroelastic half plane

The representation of solutions for problem of steady state vibrations of multilayered poroelastic half plane is considered using the superposition of corresponding solutions for homogeneous poroelastic environments. This allows to analyze the influence of individual structural layers on the forming of displacement and stress fields and also give the analysis of energy streams with the refraction boundaries and wave types separation
