This article examines the growing threat of web scraping (parsing) as a form of automated cyberattack, particularly aimed. Although scraping publicly available data is often legal, its misuse can lead to serious consequences, including server overload, data breaches and intellectual property infringement. Recent court cases against OpenAI and ChatGPT highlight the legal uncertainty associated with unauthorized data collection. The study presents a dual approach to combat malicious scraping. Traffic Classification Model - a machine learning based solution using Random Forest algorithms results in performance that achieves 89% accuracy in distinguishing between legitimate and malicious bot traffic, enabling early detection of scraping attempts. Data Deception Technique - the countermeasure dynamically modifies HTML content to convey false information to scrapers while maintaining the original look of the page. This technique prevents data collection without affecting the user experience. Performance results include real-time traffic monitoring, dynamic page obfuscation, and automatic response systems. The proposed system demonstrates effectiveness in mitigating the risks associated with scraping and emphasizes the need for adaptive cybersecurity measures in evolving digital technologies.

The article discusses the natural factors that should be taken into account when designing highways. The following factors have a significant impact on the design of roads: terrain, engineering-geological and hydrogeological structure, climate, etc. The variety of natural factors is taken into account comprehensively in the design. They also take into account the negative impact of road construction on the environment. The terrain has an impact on fundamental engineering decisions, the volume of construction work, and ultimately not only on the construction cost of the highway and transport operating costs. In relation to the design of roads, there are five categories of terrain according to the complexity of road construction. Depending on the geological conditions, sometimes an extension of the highway route is used or expensive engineering measures are provided. It should be borne in mind that the use of the latest materials, road structures and new techniques for the production of construction areas is becoming less and the problems of seasonality of road reconstruction are becoming less relevant.

In the construction and use of software technologies, including roads, using GIS and CAD technology. We can also use technologies without data to work with attribute information. GIS is used to manage a large number of different-scale information on construction, reconstruction, etc.Any construction consists of several stages, including the construction of roads, starting, as we see from the planning, then the design and coordination of objects and putting it into operation. GIS during construction is considered in conjunction with all stages., at what first analyze the location of the object on the map. GIS in construction is one of the most important links in the overall planning system.

In article traffic safety and capacity of bridge crossings is considered. The road accident which happened on the bridge crossing sharply reduces its capacity and, therefore, all road in general. At emergence of danger to the movement in difficult road conditions the driver is compelled to apply the emergency braking. Thus the road accident won't occur when a distance between cars more or is equal to the size of a stopping way. At determination of length of a stopping way of the car at the emergency braking values of sizes of time of delay of operation of the brake drive and time of increase of delay are used.

In article traffic safety in intensive transport streams on bridge crossings is considered. In a case when the bridge crossing has on one lane in each direction, at repair of a half of width of the carriageway - density of a transport stream sharply increases. The increase in density of a transport stream leads to change of speed of the movement of vehicles and to reduction of minimum safe distance between the cars moving in the passing direction on the bridge crossing during its repair or reconstruction. At the movement of vehicles with minimum safe distance specified in the table the maximum capacity of the bridge crossing at its repair or reconstruction will be provided.

The possibility of channeling X-ray fluorescence inside the hollow microvascular at the energy of the exciting radiation in the vicinity SiL2, 3 - absorption edge has been researched. Theoretically obtained the angular distribution of the field passing through the microchannels. The calculation model of inhomogeneous waveguide layer with the generation of X-ray fluorescence inside the walls of the microchannels shows the possibility of escape of radiation at large angles.
