  • Prospects and possibilities of modular construction technology in the North Caucasus

The article considers the prospects for the development of modular construction of buildings and structures in the North Caucasus, analyzes the stages of formation and development of this direction in the light of modern trends. Modular technology in construction is a modern method that involves assembling buildings from prefabricated modules. This approach can significantly reduce the time of construction of buildings, improve their quality and reduce costs. In the conditions of the Stavropol Territory, where there is an increase in the population and the need for housing, such technologies can play a key role in solving the problem of providing citizens with comfortable and affordable housing. This article considers the possibilities of using modular technology in house building. The advantages of this technology are considered in terms of quality, savings, time and environmental friendliness, as well as the flexibility of designs and safety both in the production process and during installation at the construction site. The disadvantages of modular construction are also mentioned, such as the complexity of transporting modules, the need for coordination between production and construction, as well as the high cost of production and standardization. The North Caucasus has unique natural and climatic conditions, which opens up opportunities for the use of modular technologies. Modular housing construction is a fairly efficient construction technology that leads to a reduction in waste and ensures greater precision in the manufacture of components.

  • The use of modern technologies in construction production in the North Caucasus: impact on the efficiency and sustainability of the construction industry

The article examines modern construction technologies used in the North Caucasus region of Russia and their impact on the efficiency and sustainability of the construction industry. In the context of growing economic and environmental challenges, as well as changing social needs, automation is becoming a key factor in optimizing construction processes and project management. The main focus is on the analysis of the current state of the construction sector in the North Caucasus, its main problems and prospects for the application of new technologies. Innovations such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), robotics, drone technologies, 3D printing of buildings and the use of Internet technologies for monitoring and managing construction processes are considered. Examples of the successful application of these technologies in various projects in the region are described in detail, which allows us to assess their impact on the productivity and quality of work performed. The article also examines the issues of financing the implementation of innovations, training personnel and creating the necessary infrastructure to support automation. The barriers and challenges that contractors and construction companies face when switching to new working methods are considered. Attention is paid not only to economic but also to environmental aspects - how automation can help reduce the impact of the construction industry on the environment. In addition, the paper presents a forecast for the development of the construction industry in the North Caucasus, taking into account new technologies, as well as recommendations for their implementation to achieve sustainable growth and increase the competitiveness of regional construction. Given the specifics and needs of the region, the emphasis is on the possibility of adapting global trends to local realities. Thus, the article emphasizes the importance of innovative automation technologies for the modernization of construction production in the North Caucasus, their role in increasing the efficiency and sustainability of the industry, and also offers strategies for the successful implementation of these technologies in the conditions of a particular region.

  • The main directions of development of architecture of the North Caucasus are a symbiosis of modern technologies and national traditions

The article examines the unique symbiosis of modern technologies and national traditions, analyzes the stages of formation and development of the main directions of architecture development in the North Caucasus in the context of modern trends. The subject of the study is the architecture of the North Caucasus, taking into account modern design trends. The object of the study is buildings and structures, urban conglomerates of the North Caucasus region. The most striking example of this symbiosis is the new projects in the Caucasus, where architecture literally combines with the landscape, showing the unique interaction between man and nature. Thanks to modern construction methods, these buildings combine traditional architecture and modern construction technologies, creating a harmonious space. The architecture of the future, despite its subjectivity, has readability because culture and technological progress always affect architecture. In general, we can identify a number of features characteristic of the architecture of the future: cost-effectiveness, ergonomics, environmental friendliness and versatility. It is also necessary to mention new modern construction technologies, which include elements such as artificial intelligence, automation and robotization of processes, the use of 3D printing and digital modeling of building information (BIM).The symbiosis of modern construction and Caucasian culture is a unique combination of architecture of the past and the present. The synergy between modern construction technologies and traditional Caucasian culture can be very promising. It has the potential to simultaneously revive local cultural identity, contribute to sustainable practices, and create unique architectural designs that harmonize innovation and tradition. Historical forms and materials are actively combined with modern technology and materials, resulting in an architecture that simultaneously preserves its roots and looks to the future. This close interaction and symbiosis highlights the importance of culture in architecture and shows how innovations can be used to preserve and update cultural heritage.

  • Quality control of engineering surveys is a guarantee of trouble–free operation of the facility

The construction complex should become one of the main drivers of the Russian economy's recovery from the crisis. In order for the industry to achieve maximum returns, it is also necessary to reduce administrative barriers as much as possible. The reform of control and supervisory activities in the Russian Federation is aimed at accident-free, both construction and operation of facilities under construction. An example of the correctness of the appointment and compliance with the requirements of technical regulations, the results of engineering surveys at a site with complex engineering and geological conditions is considered: seismicity, subsidence for compliance of engineering surveys with the requirements of legislation, technical regulations, design and regulatory documentation.
