The creation of information system for automation of sales in a car dealership is described. The life cycle first two stages are given. The analysis of the subject area and AIS design with the use of the methodology of the structural approach was carried out. IDEF0 AS IS model was built, using CASE technology BPwin. The analysis of this model allows us to identify its "bottlenecks" and formulate the TO BE car dealership model requirements. The re-engineering was done and TO BE model was built taking into account the identified shortcomings. DFD-diagram was constructed depicting the data flows in the projected information system . The database design in ERD-diagrams form was made on DFD basis. Using CASE-technology Erwin Data Modeler, one can create automatically the database structure in the selected DBMS MySQL in the form of linked tables totality. The user interface design of the car dealership information system was also made.

The subject area analysis and the information system design using the methodology of the object-oriented approach and CASE-technologies is carried out. The used CASE tools made it possible to obtain a visual model in the form of UML diagrams. The IS data structure and composition is described. The IS requirements are formulated. Technical requirement has been formed. UML diagrams describing the AIS are constructed at the design stage. The database of the information system was designed in the form of ERD diagrams, using the CASE-tool ERwin Data Modeler. Automatic generation of an SQL script was performed to create all tables and relationships in the selected DBMS MySQL, including primary and foreign keys, relationships between tables, database integrity, etc. The information system user interface was designed, too.

The design of an information system for recording appeals received by the election commission is presented. The second stage of the life cycle for information system creation – the design stage is presented. The design was carried out through the use of modern CASE-technologies within the framework of a structural approach using the BPwin modeling tool. A model of the projected information system has been developed. It is constructed using two types of diagrams, tiedly connected each other. They are both the IDEF0 and DFD methodologies. IDEF0 diagrams contain a context diagram and decomposition ones of the first and second levels. The presented series of diagrams describe all the necessary processes sufficient for the activity modeling of the projected information system. A data flow diagrams (DFD) are constructed using the DFD methodology. It shows all data flows used during the execution of processes, including external entities outside the system and data stores inside it. If to supply the presented model with ERD diagrams, as a model of database, one can begin to program and realize an information system.

The requirements for the creating information system automating the linguistic center activities are analyzed and optimized. The first and second stages of IP creation Life Cycle are presented. The analysis of the subject area and the design of the information system using the tools and methods of the object-oriented approach is carried out. Using such CASE tool, as the RationalRose, UML diagrams describing the activities of the Language Link linguistic center are constructed. By means of AnyLogic, simulation modeling was carried out and a student testing model was developed to determine the level of language proficiency in order to choose the exam category. The requirements for the projected information system of the linguistic center are formulated. Logical and physical ERD models of the database structure are constructed using the ERWin CASE tool. The design of the user interface of the information system for the linguistic center has been also carried out.

The process of development of the automated information system of the accounting of devices and the equipment of the road sphere is considered. The creation of a social project-a portal for the management of Rostov-on-Don "South-Western deanery". The second and third stages of the LC IP creation are presented: design and implementation of the portal. We used CASE technologies for design. The UML language in the Rational Rose platform realized methods of the object-oriented approach. ERD diagrams were built, using ERWin case technology for the database design according to the rules of IDEF1 and IDEF1X standards. The user interface design is also given. The described model was implemented, using the WordPress CMS technology platform. The fragments of the created Web-resource are given.

The paper shows the relevance of the development of information services, allowing to intensify the work of physical culture chairs and provide the solution of problems associated with attracting students to a healthy lifestyle. The analysis of the service-user roles and the precedents related to these roles is given. The basic subsystems of the complex for the specific needs of information services of physical culture chairs were obtained: Educational work that provides the theme of the chairs and wellness and mass work. The list of major and reference documents for these subsystems based on the the activity diagrams was defined. It will be used in the database design later. The system analysis phase UML diagrams were created in MS Visual Studio 2013 environment.

This example concerns the development and online publication of educational and methodological materials of academic disciplines and formed common cultural and professional competences, implementing requirements to the educational standards of higher education. Several stages of systems development life cycle (SDLC) are described: the stage of design, using UML buisiness use-case diagram and the database structure; the stage of creation in network architecture; the stage of testing for the normative documents of the bachelor in preparation 231000.62 "Software engineering". This service helps the teacher to create quickly the educational and methodological materials of any academic discipline in automatic mode.
