BIM technologies are mandatory in a number of foreign countries, therefore the question of regulatory regulation of BIM technologies in Russia arises. A strong impetus for the development of information technologies is given by the Ministry of Construction and the Government of the Russian Federation, by developing standards for information modeling in the territory of the Russian Federation. Provides normative and technical documents with a brief description of the content and requirements. Consideration is given to further development and experience of passing State examinations in the field of construction.
