  • Automatization system for holding rolling stock

    Digital twins of railway stations are necessary for planning work and taking the most effective management actions. An important factor is the compliance of the planned time costs with the actual ones. One of the tasks that are difficult to formalize at railway stations is the process of holding the rolling stock. This is due to the fact that the holding time depends on the human factor and the holding rolling stock. To create an automated station controlled by a digital twin, it is necessary to develop an automated holding system. One of the tasks in developing such a system is the problem of device location. This problem can be formulated as follows: it is necessary to place the minimum allowable number of holding devices in the controlled area in such a way that reliable holding is provided for any configuration of the rolling stock. As a tool for solving this problem, the most effective will be the use of methods of genetic algorithms. In this article, the authors consider the relevance of this study and the relevance of automating the holding of rolling stock.

  • "The influence of seasonal changes on the quantitative indicators of the quality of natural waters of the Penza region"

    A study of the quality of drinking water (spring and centralized water supply) was conducted. Determination of water hardness and alkalinity was carried out by titrimetric analysis methods in a chemical laboratory. The dependence of these parameters in the autumn and spring period is established. The limits of changes in water hardness values are 3.4-9.9 mmol / l in autumn, 3.2-9.8 mmol / l in spring. Most of the studied natural waters are of medium hardness and hard water, therefore, there is a need for water softening. The limits of change in the alkalinity of water are 0.6 - 5.1 mmol / l in autumn, 0.8-5.3 mmol / l in spring. The alkalinity values of all samples are within the limits of the MPC norms. A comparative analysis of the results of the study is carried out, which establishes the dependence of the hardness and alkalinity of water in different seasons. The values of water hardness decrease during the flood, while the values of alkalinity increase during this period. It is recommended to conduct further research in order to determine the feasibility of using water softening methods for objects where water has high hardness values, and to choose the optimal softening methods.

    This article discusses the importance of timely monitoring of the technical condition of structures and buildings in general in the process of preserving cultural heritage objects. And also, using the example of the Rostov region, the article raises one of the existing organizational and technical problems of preserving cultural heritage objects – the lack of the ability to conduct timely monitoring of the technical condition of historically significant objects in the region, and the urgent need to create local organizations to monitor the technical condition of objects and prevent violations of their operation.

A new design of a water-jet elevator unit with a pulsed heat transfer medium, adjustable depending on the outside air temperature without using a mixing pump, is proposed.   • Optimization of modified concrete composition based on aggregates from concrete scrap

    The results of optimizing the composition of concrete based on aggregates from crushed concrete are presented.     The article deals with current methods of evaluating the organization and management in construction under conditions of uncertainty. The typology of the failure process is given, which determines the scenario of the crisis development at the enterprise. A model of forecasting and management in a crisis is proposed, and the conceptual aspects of building this model are considered. It is proposed to improve the enterprise management system based on the analysis of the economic component as a temporary function.   • Experience in using electrical exploration methods to assess the environmental safety of wind power plant construction in the Eastern Donba

    The article presents the results of complex geophysical studies to assess the environmental safety of the construction of wind power tower installations in order to prevent their design and construction in technogenic and tectonically disturbed zones on the territories of mountain branches of closed mines in the Eastern Donbass. The brief essence of electrical exploration technologies of electroprospecting method by electrical spatial filtering (MPEF) and electro-potential tomographic sensing (EPTS). The information content of the technologies used in conjunction with standard geophysical methods of electrical exploration (vertical electric sounding and seismic survey method of refracted waves) is shown. The results of interpretation of data obtained in the field are discussed. The results of the research were: - identification of EPTS technologies of structural inhomogeneities of the geological section of coal-bearing deposits with their division into lithological (repetition of the form on the electric profiling graphs shifted by the step of the feed line transfer) and tectonic or technogenic ones (difference electric probe curves at adjacent points) - detailing of destructive zones identified by EPTS using MPEF technology: 1) inversions of electro-profiling graphs registered with multidirectional electric field excitation. 2) displacement of inversion points in places where tectonic discontinuities are present in the coal-bearing column.

    Currently, special attention is paid to creating a comfortable urban environment, as a result of this there is a need to create projects that contribute to improving the quality of life of the population. In this paper, we consider two subprograms of the Rostov region: "Improvement of public territories of municipalities of the Rostov region" and "Improvement of the courtyards of apartment buildings in the Rostov region", operating under the state program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment."
