  • The use of generalized functions to discretize images

    The article discusses the mathematical apparatus of the sampling images using generalized functions. It is shown that in the frequency domain spectrum of a real signal is not a convolution and product of the signal spectrum with the spectrum discretetime functions.

  • Simulation modeling as a tool for system analysis of the educational process

    The article discusses research in the field of systems analysis and computer simulation of the educational process. The article presents the results of the use of simulation as a tool for system analysis of the educational process. Analyzed the methodological basis for the creation of the simulation model. The principles and objectives of simulation in the educational process. In the result of the study identified problems that can be solved with the implementation of simulation. It is revealed that simulation modeling is mainly used to simulate behavior of system in different conditions, research of influence of its parameters and characteristics.

  • The method of reconstruction of automatic control systems for forest machines

    A method and algorithm for automatic control of forest machine systems under the canopy of the forest is proposed. A method for automated management of information flows of logging processes is developed, based on the created three-dimensional digital spatial models of real forest areas subject to felling. At the same time in the management of machines a system is used that provides synchronization of virtual models with actual data, which will allow full accounting of processes, changes and displacements of extracted wood resources

  • The development of graph and matrix ways of representing algorithms

    In the article we consider serial hipping-chart of the abstract algorithm and a bipartite graph. Led the detailed algorithm of such a transformation. We gave an example of the ability to specify the algorithms in the matrix-predicate form. In conclusion, we indicated that the resulting matrix-predicate form is completely identical graphic form, however, allows you to work with algorithms much more efficient, since it is possible to ask them in the matrix predicate and partially automate the heuristic methods of their construction.

  • Adaptation of the extreme filtering method for real-time systems using frame-by-frame signal processing

  • Dependence of the current measurement step at adaptive time sampling in case of signal restoration with extrapolation polynom of first degree

    Efficiency of algorithms of adaptive time sampling (ATS) is defined by signal compressibility. For a theoretical assessment compressibility of measuring signals dependence of the current step of measurement at ATS from dynamic properties of a signal is considered. Restoration of a signal in the course of ATS is made by an extrapolation polynom of Taylor of the first degree. Quality of approximation is established by criterion of uniform approach. For structural model of a signal the functional dependence of the current step of measurement on structural properties of a signal allowing determining on its basis the average duration of a step of measurement at ATS for expanded area of an admissible error of reproduction is received. The results received in the environment of Mathcad, illustrating restoration of a signal a polynom of the first degree, the discrete phase schedule and the current step of measurement corresponding to him on the phase plane are given as an example.

  • " Representation of graph data models in the form of n-ary trees"

    This article introduces a new way of representing arbitrary graph data models in the form of n-ary trees in external memory, which ensure the execution of operations for placing, retrieving and searching data elements for logarithmic time. This approach allows for the shortest possible time to find not only properties and relationships related to objects, but also objects themselves, based on the values ​​of their properties, while providing a linear increase in the complexity from memory.

  • Agent reconfigurable fuzzy heterogeneous in space solutions

    The aim of this work is to develop a model of the agent changing its own structure, and movable in the fuzzy heterogeneous search space. The need of creating these search tools solutions is caused not only by lack of data on the solved optimization tasks, but also complex computational structures used in modern information systems. The agent is represented as a point in a fuzzy heterogeneous search space, the scale of each axis of the space built on the basis of the corresponding fuzzy sets. The movement of the agent along each axis is based on the permissible operations on the elements of the corresponding fuzzy sets. An example of agent movement along the axis specified on the basis of S-fuzzy sets. To determine the stopping agent developed automatic adaptation. It is shown that changing the position of the agent in the search space not always leads to the change of uncertainty inherent in the decision, described by the agent. The novelty of the approach is to develop adaptive algorithms move the agent in a heterogeneous search space. On the basis of machine adaptation is shown the scheme of movement of the agent in fuzzy search space along the axis specified with S - fuzzy sets.

  • "Features of neural network modeling the inverse problem"

    The PLExp application which is a superstructure for Excel and Access on the basis of VBA is developed. The appendix is intended for automation of planning and carrying out multiple-factor experiments, turning on the following blocks: planning; carrying out experiment; regression and dispersive analysis; forecasting; assessment of errors. Application of the appendix allows to raise efficiency of the researches connected with carrying out natural or model experiments as gives an opportunity to reduce the number of the required experiments, to automate processes of storage, extraction, information processing and search of optimal solutions.

  • Programmer's professional skills for developing an expert system for managing software projects

    For a long time in software engineering, there is a problem of a rather significant percentage of software project failures. One of the most frequent causes of such failures is non-optimal allocation of human resources, that is, the allocation of developers to tasks in accordance with their skills and the specifics of the task. Software development requires continuous improvement of skills and the degree of mastery of one skill can positively influence others associated with it. Due to the considerable number of skills there is a need in the expert system that allows you to track the changing skills and implement a near-optimal allocation of human resources. The impossibility of unambiguous evaluation of skills and partial overlapping with each other lead us to the fuzzy sets theory for processing of information about employees, rather than applying classical set theory or probability theory. At the end of the article, the most significant skills of IT specialists are presented.

  • The interaction of parallel algorithms

    In the article, we considered the actual problem of constructing an algorithm based on the interaction of parallel components. The paper contains elements of the methodology developed by the authors for the parallel functioning of algorithms based on graph theory. It is shown that the construction of an algorithm with parallel functioning of components is impossible without taking into account the time, for which the concept of a time axis was introduced, and the sequential algorithm is represented in the form of a bipartite graph by its additional definition. The methods of parallel algorithms represented in the article, realized as dual graphs or matrix predicate form, make it possible to use them in describing complex control and measuring systems. It is concluded that the advantage of such a representation of the parallel functioning of algorithms lies in the fact that it becomes possible to work with parallel hierarchical structures, tracing the changes in each of them by means of input time axes.

  • Assessment of horticultural and country lands in foreign countries.

    The article provides general information on appraisal activities in Russia and in foreign countries (Poland, Slovenia, Australia and USA). The authors conducted a systematic analysis of foreign legislation and methodological framework for assessing horticultural lands existing at the present stage identified positive features of the existing foreign techniques, showing similar traits estimates of horticultural land in Russia and abroad. The concepts of garden and dacha land plots in foreign countries, their social significance and features of the cadastral value and data of land. In conclusion, the article discusses ways to use positive foreign experience in the evaluation of the specified target application in the Russian rating system for better and more correct determination of cadastral value of land.

  • Complex protection of electronic devices of space vehicles from electromagnetic interference

    The working conditions of spacecraft in the Earth's orbit are constantly changing. These changes are associated with the motion of spacecraft in orbit, the instability of the solar radiation flux, and also with processes in the terrestrial ionosphere. Many of these processes are predictable and most are determined by electronic and optical equipment. The range of changes in external influences is very large. Limitations on the weight and dimensions of space vehicles do not allow to provide absolute protection of electronic means from external influences from space.

  • Some aspects of definition of the form of large-size bodies of rotation in the transverse section

    One of the problems of machine building is the definition and measurement of the geometric shape of large-sized parts of machines and mechanisms, which are often the bodies of rotation. Similar parts are used with high intensity in the drum type connections. Therefore, diagnostics of parts is required to determine the possibility of their further use. One of the criteria for this is the shape of the surface of the part and its deviation from the normative values. In the framework of this article, a method for estimating the shape of large-sized bodies of revolution considered which makes it possible to perform measurements with high accuracy for parts of arbitrarily large dimensions

  • Investigation of the accuracy of fractal data processing in the computer program Fractan

    In this paper, the analisys Investigation accuracy of the calculation of the Hurst exponent in the Fractan computer program for various variants of creating a time series was performed. Possible reasons for the deviation of the theoretical value from the calculated in the program Fractan are presented.   • Opportunities for the effective solution of technical-economic engineering problems during planning and optimization of wood transportation

    The developed calculation dependencies for determining the log truck movement indicators during non-steady and steady motion in different modes make it possible to solve technical-economic tasks with adequate accuracy and certainty during planning and optimization of wood transportation. During two-stage timber hauling a log truck based on MAZ-6312B9 has advantages in exploitation and technical-economic indicators in comparison with a log truck based on Scania R-420. There are opportunities for a rapid increase of passing ability of a log truck while using an active trailer. This provides the work of a complete log truck on a forest road, and also there is a possibility to eliminate two-stage timber hauling, with rise of efficiency and technical-economic indicators

  • Numerical simulation of the effect of an alternating electric field on ion transport through a neuron membrane

    The paper presents a numerical study of the effect of external electromagnetic fields of various configurations on the computer model of a neuron; Briefly describes the created software product, allowing to conduct numerical simulation of nerve cells, the mechanism of conduction of the nerve impulse. In an alternating field, the ion flux behaves as follows: at frequencies below 1 kHz, 3 maxima of the function of the average ion velocity are observed: these are 82 Hz, 340 Hz and 801 Hz. Under the influence of fields of higher frequencies from 1 kHz to 900 kHz, strong changes in velocities and currents do not occur. It is possible that in this frequency range the field does not have time to change the velocity modulus, but at a frequency of 970 kHz there is a sharp increase in the average ion velocity, which is most likely related to the effect of the myelin sheath, since no maximum is observed from the myelin sheath.

  • Stability of E.Reyssner plates on the elastic nonvinklir base

    The problem of the stability of E.Reyssner plate on the three-dimensional elastic layer with predetermined constant elasticity. The end surfaces are smooth, communications holding layer. It is believed that the plate is in a flat stress-strain state of the effects on its cylindrical surface of the self-balanced load, with some numerical parameter characterizing the magnitude of the load at loss of stability of the plate. From the conditions of restraint ties, a system of equations for determining the numerical parameter. We give a method for calculating the lowest value of the parameter at which the fixed loss of stability of the plate. As special cases, the results of the classical theory and model of Winkler foundation.

  • Development and research of the work of an alkotester on the basis of a semiconductor sensor for the concentration of alcohol vapors

    Using a semiconductor sensor for the concentration of alcohol vapors based on a microcontroller, the authors developed a device for monitoring the content of alcohol vapors with an indication of the readings on the LCD display. An algorithm for the work of the alcohol content control device developed by the authors is proposed. To take samples of exhaled air, a mouthpiece made by the authors was used. The results of full-scale tests of the developed instrument are given

  • Information technology as a means to improve the quality of teaching masters.

    The article describes a number of techniques whose use in the educational process contributes to the quality of teaching masters. The role of information technology to solve this problem. The analysis of the various technologies and techniques that can be used in learning masters to improve its quality. The influence of various factors on the quality of education. Line graphs are constructed, illustrating the difficulties arising at the masters, when studying any discipline, including, due to varying levels of preparation for admission, as well as an assessment of the quality of their training after using the proposed measures in the article.   • Model of cost estimation in the warehouse complex system

    The article lists the main sources (objects and processes) that generate costs - a total of 19 possible sources, grouped into four groups. To monitor and take measures to reduce costs, it is advisable to build a formalized model and on its basis a software system that would allow to estimate all costs. This article is devoted to the construction of this model. An article on the estimation of total costs for all possible factors leading to losses and costs in warehouse freight turnover is not available in the literature.

  • The calculation of Peltier working mode using as a cooler in air drying module

    Drying module is a part of any modern gas analysing device. Using the Peltier elements for cooling the gas probe in druying module is a known technical solution. Peltier elements are very energy-intensive things. So the task of calculation of amount of electrical energy which is needed for predetermined temperature decline of gas probe is very topical. The solution of this task is given in the article. With formulas for partial pressure of vapour we can calculate the humidity of gas at the output of drying module. Then we can find the temperature of gas. Finally using the heat balance equation and nomogramms we can calculate the voltage for Peltier element.

  • Modeling of thermal modes of action of laser radiation on a photocell with a thin-film structure ZnO-amorphous silicon on a glass substrate

    The influence of the laser material on the structure of the photocell based on thin films of zinc oxide and amorphous silicon on glass. It was modeled recrystallization processes in the solid state, considered the interaction of the surface of silicon by pulsed laser radiation, calculations are made for the surface temperature at the recrystallization of the amorphous film on Nd:YAG laser installation with length wave 532 nm. The proposed thermal model of the solution of the problem showed that the structure melt is already at the earliest stage of processing and the temperature distribution in the amorphous layer will depend on the structure of the ZnO film, as evidenced by modeling in ANSYS. According to the results of experimental studies performed, it can be said that the thermal conditions at the plant are poorly worked out, as evidenced by the roughness of the film of the amorphous layer. The mechanism of crystallization of the melt also requires refinement. The obtained results showed the prospects of the direction of silicon-on glass and ZnO
