Abstract

The increased need for evidence-based government operations requires the development of a common methodological approach, the introduction of information technology to improve the mechanism of the regional development Today, in public administration are virtually no tools consistent use of key resources areas. Values ​​of the area, affecting the choice of the investor consists of two components: the current socio-economic status of the territory and its prospects in the coming years.
