Incoming article date: 26.08.2022The article substantiates the effectiveness of the design and construction of terraced houses for building slopes as a solution to the problem of a limited amount of land and preserving the originality of national architecture. Architectural and planning solutions for terraced-blocked residential buildings for construction on the territory of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic are proposed.
