Approaches to the modernization of the architectural and planning structure of obstetric institutions
Incoming article date: 07.09.2021The aim of the study is the formation of promising models for the modernization of perinatal centers for individual large cities in the South of Russia in terms of urban planning, functional planning and spatial compositional characteristics. The traditional "obstetric model" was revised and proposed: a theoretical "autonomous model of the internal maternity space", a theoretical architectural and design model of the therapeutic environment of a maternity hospital, as well as a theoretical adapted model of a perinatal center for conditions of a pandemic and social distancing. promising conceptual and theoretical models of the formation and modernization of perinatal centers are proposed, incl. in the face of a pandemic and a new social distance; principles and guidelines have been developed for the design of institutions of modern perinatal centers in cities in the south of Russia in the context of new construction and modernization.
