  • About stochastic similarity functioning of systems "means- equipment-technology-production" (METP) at the intensified hydrothermal treatment of leather shoe materials

    It is presented in article that the technique of determination of stochastic similarity of functioning of one of subsystems of the intensified hydrothermal treatment - moistening of details of top of footwear. According to the offered technique there were received to be expressions for determination of output parameter of process "moistening" - the module of elasticity of skin and relative deviations of characteristics the subsystems proving similarity functioning of considered subsystems in stochastic sense. According to the offered technique expressions for determination of output parameter of a subsystem of "moistening" - the module of elasticity of skin and relative deviations of independent parameters of process of the vacuum and sorption moistening, providing with the possibility of forecasting of the minimum duration of processing were received.

      Methods of mathematical (geometric) modelingare often used in the current research of multivariate processes and their optimization tasks combined with traditional mathematical methods of experiment planning. This simulation is carried out by methods of descriptive geometry, its practical valueis a graphical representation of the functional relationships of the quality from factors and parameters that defines a process with number of variables more than three. Definition’salgorithmsof the optimization based on the Radishchev drawingin the article are given to ensure the visibility of images and solve certain technical problems.The graphical model of the process optimization of joining parts of garments was constructed.

  • System synthesis in real time of intellectual and adaptive management mekhatronnym object changeable structure

    In article for stability conditions in "small" the synthesis algorithm in real time of optimum discrete anticipatory control is received by mekhatronny object which together with algorithm of an assessment of a condition of the discrete filter of Kalman realize an electronic adaptive control system. In "big" it is offered to apply management of mekhatronny object to the maximum speed with neyrose-tevy realization and intellectual realization on "golden rule" of the person, making the decision. System synthesis of offered algorithms in real time realizes intellectual and adaptive system of anticipatory management of mekhatronny object of changeable structure.

  • Assessment of criterion of the generalized work at management optimization mekhatronnym object changeable structure

      The current work considers the problem of arrangement optimization of non-convex polyhedrons into a minimal height parallelepiped container. The no-fit polyhedron based algorithm is proposed to solve described task. The no-fit polyhedrons are used not only for providing conditions of the polyhedrons mutual non-intersection but also for finding the placement points. The current paper provides the block diagrams and the pseudo code of the algorithm. Some examples and computational results are also given for public input data.

  • Arrangements of computational intelligence in solving the automatization problem of prediction of electricity

    In this paper we consider the problem of effective forecasting of electricity consumption for multiple objects in automatic mode. We propose an approach to automation of forecasting process, based on CRISP-DM. There were considered methods of computational intelligence for the data preprocessing - filling the gaps and identification of the emission, methods of construction and adjustment of forecasting models. As the computational basis are used connective models, based on neural networks and on constructive neural networks. There was shown the system architecture that implements the mechanisms of computational intelligence, and was presented the results of the tests.
