The authors consider the issue of assessing partial failure in the technical system from the standpoint of parametric reliability. Evaluation of failure behavior is carried out according to such parameters as time between hours to failure and the achievement of goals, risks. Under the risk in this paper refers to the likelihood of a subsequent failure (full or partial) or the transition occurred in full. The authors propose to expand the range of parameters that characterize hitting a failure state by adding characteristics of possible degradation processes and values of destructive environmental factors in the predicted period of continued operation of the object under study. Also, special attention is paid to the fact that the likelihood of partial failure is influenced by factors that can be divided into external and internal, while the internal ones may depend on external ones. Ishikawa diagram shows the dependence of the rate of degradation of the PR on various factors.

An approximate method for calculating the temperature field in solids heated by convection and radiation at the same time, when the thermophysical properties of the substance depend on temperature, is described. The method is based on the complex use of linearization functions and methods of numerical analysis. In the paper an example of calculation of radiation-convective heating of an unlimited plate, during which the heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the material change with temperature, is presented. The results obtained are in good agreement with the data of the finite difference method. The proposed method makes it possible to solve nonlinear problems of thermal conductivity with other boundary conditions, since the technique of solving such problems is not fundamentally different from one another. The accumulated experience of the advanced enterprises of the construction industry and numerous developments of design and research organizations are the basis for the transition to full automation of production of precast concrete structures of the new generation, to the creation of automatic plants that perform the entire production cycle (from receiving raw materials to sending products to the consumer). Technical re-equipment provides a significant improvement in the activities of precast concrete plants, but does not create conditions for direct overgrowth. Automation of the process of production of reinforced concrete requires the use of automated tools to control the quality characteristics of concrete products, information from which can be used for optimal production management. In order to ensure the development of production of reinforced concrete products and structures by improving existing and finding new, improved methods of production of precast concrete products, it is necessary to use robotics, computerization and electronics.

Plasmonic nanoparticles make it possible to localize the electromagnetic field at scales smaller than the optical wavelength. This property is useful for the application of same objects for the creation of nanodetectors, in the processes of energy conversion and storage, in the tasks of data processing and transmission. In particular, the creation of computer chips with plasmonic elements instead of traditional semiconductors will increase their performance and energy efficiency. Our main purpose is obtaining implanted in the matrix of glass the arrays of plasmonic nanoparticles with controlled optical properties. Their properties can be varied by changing the conditions of their synthesis and post-processing. Nanoparticles are created by UV-laser influence on the gold film, precipitated on the glass surface. One of the proposed methods is long-term heating at 300 ̊C of already synthesized samples. This research presents the results of the study of the effect of temperature treatment on the atomic structure of Au nanoparticles. The study of the nanoparticles atomic structure was performed by using EXAFS-spectroscopy at the Au L3-edge. EXAFS-functions were fitted by using Stepwise EXAFS fitting-code, obtained models of the NPs atomic structure were confirmed by using DFT-optimization. The fact, that the atomic structure of NPs before and afted thermal treatment is strongly dependent of the thickness of initial gold layer (6, 10 and 70nm), is established. These differencies can be explainde by different interaction between gold film & NPs and glass matryx.

Today, catalysts based on zeolites containing transition metal ions are being intensively developed, ensuring the selectivity of the reaction of direct oxidation of methane to methanol. In current work, the X-ray absorption spectroscopy complimented with the structural models obtained in frames of the density functional theory were used to study the dependence of the local atomic structure of copper centers in mordenite type zeolites synthesized by solid-phase ion exchange using CuCl and H-MOR, upon the annealing temperature at different stages of synthesis. The typical Cu – O interatomic distances and the corresponding coordination numbers are determined. The dependence of the fraction of copper ions on the zeolite on the annealing temperature was established.

In the article, the authors present the results of studies related to the effect of partial failures (PF) on the reliability characteristics of the system, determined through the probability of continuous operation over the interregional period under the conditions of continued operation after PF. The computational model is based on the assumption that the process of continuing to function after a spacecraft can be considered as redundancy by substitution, when the reserve appears capable of performing post-failure functions, but with some change in the reliability characteristics. The entire work interval is divided into separate sections inside, which the technical system operates with new reliability characteristics, with the sequential occurrence of several PF. A model with an exponential law of distribution of probabilities of partial failures is considered. It is believed that testing the device of the entire interregional period without a complete failure can be characterized as the product of the probabilities of the absence of a complete failure on the considered time interval, the absence of the occurrence of destructive external influences exceeding the critical values, the error-free processing of the program by the expert system and the absence of errors in the operator's actions. The results of the illustrative calculation are presented and conclusions are made.

The article describes the correlation between the signal edge amount of sounding pulse and small irregularities detection in environments with dispersion. The analysis of experimental data on effective bandwidth of decameter waves spreading on the route Moscow-Ekaterinburg and results of wideband ground-penetrating radar sounding in natural environments with high dispersion gives the opportunity to experiment on surface, vertical and backward-inclined sounding. It is reported that the use of wideband electromagnetic pulses is perspective trend of progress in sounding of natural environments.

This paper contains an analysis of the modeling results of the electrophysical parameters of light-emitting GaInAsSb / GaSb solid solutions. The model takes into account three types of current - drift, thermionic emission and tunneling through potential barriers. In the work, graphs of radiation power versus current strength and current-voltage characteristic (IVC) of the LED device are plotted. Modeling indicators based on the features of the band structure of semiconductor systems have been built. Experimental results were discussed, which showed satisfactory agreement with the data obtained on the basis of calculations.

The rotor shaft of the turbocharger is the part that determines the life of the bearing unit. Various methods of restoring the working capacity of the rotor shaft have been developed. The most common of them-treatment for repair size and applying a layer of metal coating in various ways. After that, the rotor shaft is subjected to dynamic balancing, in order to ensure the minimum allowable imbalance. Stands on the basis of microprocessor-based two-plane balancing device PB-02M are widely used in the repair industry at the present time. The article deals with the process of dynamic balancing of restored rotors. The features of this process in relation to the conditions of repair production are noted. This is a large range of repaired units and the instability of the size of the bearing surfaces after the restoration. It is necessary to adjust the balancing device for each rotor. The case in which the initial rotor imbalance is much higher than the permissible one is also considered. It is necessary to carry out balancing in several stages. Pre-balancing - this is the first stage. Then the final balancing is made to the permissible imbalance value. The article presents a general algorithm for balancing rotors on balancing stands equipped with a measuring system based on the device PB-02M. The presented approach in the application of the measurement system allows to balance the parts with the required accuracy. This will ensure a high post-repair life of the repaired unit and the whole unit.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of increasing the complexity of user passwords in systems with remote access to increase their information security. It proposes a method based on the integrated application of the input characters of the password and the time intervals between them. In the article, using the inhibitor time network Petri, a model of a dynamic password setting process was constructed, on its basis the process of forming a reference image and user authentication is described. The above calculations of increasing the complexity of the password prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
