The development of railway infrastructure of the Southern region as a means of increasing transportation process efficiency
Incoming article date: 19.11.2015The problem of infrastructural limitations of approaches to the sea ports of the Southern region is considered in the article. The analysis of handling and carrying capacity of railway and port infrastructures is given. The calculation of available and needful carrying capacity of railway sections is carried out. The construction of double-track spans on the final stage of design of the approaches to the transportation junctions is suggested.
