Functional organization of purposeful behavior can be described by complex systemic mechanisms. Indicators of mechanisms are presented by information measure in the continuum of «chaos – order», a measure of variety parameters of activity and spectral composition of regulatory oscillations. Selective coordination of these components forms system-informational complex. Interaction of such mechanisms provides the effectiveness and reliability of the result
