Methodology of development and analysis of executive calendar schedules for complex development of the territory
Incoming article date: 17.02.2022The paper considers the issues of the development of executive calendar plans formed during the implementation of the construction of objects of integrated development of the territory (CAT). The complex development of the territory involves, in addition to the construction of residential facilities, the construction of transport, communal and social infrastructure facilities. The author propose a methodology for analyzing executive calendar schedules (ECG) based on the experience of implementing CAT projects. ECG analysis is aimed at developing improved schedules that are used in the development of organizational and technological documentation (OTD) for similar complexes. The methodology allows us to take into account the real conditions of construction of facilities and the capabilities of construction and installation organizations, which increases the feasibility of calendar plans as part of the department.
