Methodological approaches to management of enterprise risks

In article the concept "enterprise risk" is considered. The flowchart of a complex assessment of size of risks is submitted, the main qualitative and quantitative methods of risk analysis with definition of their merits and demerits are systematized. Ways of minimization of size of risks are considered.
