Incoming article date: 01.06.2015The paper deals with the energy efficiency of residential buildings. It describes the basic criteria for evaluating energy efficiency of residential buildings. It reviewes basic technological and engineering resources solving problems of energy efficiency. Particular attention is paid to the comprehensive measures to ensure the buildings high-class energy efficiency.
