Architectural solutions for residential buildings in the cities of the province of Anbar (Republic of Iraq)
Incoming article date: 15.01.2019The article presents a typology of architectural solutions for residential houses for families with children, formulated requirements for the creation of an urban residential house under conditions of intensive use of residential territory at three structural levels of the dwelling, respectively: living cell, residential house, residential group. Proposals are given for zoning, composition, areas and interrelationships of the premises of the living cell, its shaping, taking into account climatic features and blocking requirements; on the adjustment of existing standards, the planning schemes of residential houses are given, illustrating the essence of the proposed method of dwelling formation; disclosed the socio-economic effect of the introduction of the proposal.
