Incoming article date: 12.04.2018The article presents a study of the existing practices of the use of toll roads on Federal highways of the Russian Federation, with the designation of the main advantages of users of toll roads and road facilities defined primarily by saving operating costs (transport costs) when traveling on a toll road, by reducing the consumption of fuels and lubricants, tire wear, repair costs and costs for other items of operating costs, and also saving of time of delivery of freights and passengers increase of comfort and safety of the movement
